Chef and Founder

I’m Chef Camila Rinaldi, founder of Chamomile — a boutique private chef studio based in Brooklyn. I create restaurant-level, chef-led experiences for weddings and wedding weekends: rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, micro-weddings, and day-after brunches. My cooking blends Brazilian roots with modern seasonal technique, and I care deeply about making guests feel genuinely cared for — through thoughtful menus, calm service, and a beautiful, seamless flow from first bite to last.

Chamomile is not a one-size-fits-all caterer. Every menu is custom-built to your tastes, your story, and your weekend — with produce-forward cooking, refined technique, and polished presentation. I’m known for a calm, organized presence, thoughtful dietary accommodations (GF/DF/veg and celiac-friendly when needed), and leaving the kitchen spotless. The result feels intimate, elevated, and personal — like hosting your favorite restaurant in your own space.

This couple wanted something simple and elegant, since they were hosting from their elegant apartment in Tribeca. The couple is from asian origins but love food, so my mission was to bring flair but with asian flavors, easily recognizable by their guests.
