Our Tent Season from May-October is perfect for parties between 125-240 guests, and our Mansion Season from November-April is better suited for smaller parties between 80-125 guests inside our Estate. The Historic Baker Building has been part of Downtown Lubbock since 1928, so when you celebrate here, you're adding your story to nearly a century of history. From 1940–1942, the building hosted USO dances, welcoming servicemen and the community to gather and dance. Today, couples still celebrate on those same historic hardwood floors. The Baker retains incredible original character, including its vintage tin ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. We even still have two original chairs from 1928. Our wrap-around mezzanine overlooks the ballroom and is one of the building's most distinctive architectural features.
