Bride
Walters Wedding Estates did an amazing as a team for our wedding! We got married at Ashton Gardens North and have nothing but amazing things to say about the entire team! They made our wedding dreams come true and helped create an experience that our guests raved about. Our planner Andrea G. was nothing short of extraordinary. She was available, attentive, professional, and so much fun to work with. Our all inclusive package was amazing. Cohost entertainment with Omar had everyone on the dance floor all night long, amazing food, Jenny Layne Bakery had our guests asking for more cake, and the florals by The Design Haus were gorgeous. Lyons Paperie added special touches with personalized napkins and Angela and Kristin with Emily Chappell Photography made sure to get the best moments of the day. Every single vendor was great to work with. The memories we have of this day will forever be treasured and Walters really made it all happen seamlessly.
Don’t be fooled
Disappointed. The venue is pretty but the staff was unprofessional & uncoordinated the day of our wedding! The DJ & bar tried several times to shut down early (despite our contract stating we were booked for hours later), our wedding coordinator left halfway through the night and left us with this ghetto woman who we never even met and started to give us attitude and problems. Security got involved at some point in the night accusing our guests for smoking marijuana on site with zero proof, which was shocking. Then they ripped us off after the wedding keeping the majority of our deposit with no explanation. The food was alright. The cake & flowers were beautiful! All in all disappointed for what was advertised to be the “happiest day of our lives”. I love being married & I love my husband but now I think Weddings themselves are money making scams. I’m disappointed in Zola for having such mid vendors listed on their website. The makeup artist I booked from Zola was a no show! Like literally. Her vendor name is Nia Maac Makeup Artistry. Complete no show! Talk about horrifying. I had to do my own hair & makeup! And apparently she’s no longer listed on Zola so how convenient of her! And the photographer I chose, Ashton Pratt, Bara Photography, is also a flake with horrible communication, it’s been a month since our wedding & she has not given us our photos!! She has only returned a few of my texts & will not answer our calls! She has told me twice in the past 3 weeks that my photos are ready and she’ll be sending them over, then weeks go by & I hear nothing, crickets!! Just terrible! All 3 venders listed with Zola! Do yourself a favor, don’t be cheap! Hire a real professional wedding coordinator! We paid close to 30k to do the majority of work ourselves and to end up with these headaches.
What An Amazing Venue!
This is an amazing place for a Wedding and Reception. Andrea is super nice, helpful, and very quick to respond. The photo opportunities are great with a lot of different backgrounds. All and all, my husband and I are very happy we choose this beautiful venue and we recommend it to all of our engaged friends.
