About this venue

Imagine making a grand entrance into the front foyer by way of the graceful curved staircase. Greet your guests under the glittering white crystal chandelier, and then lead them into the Sans Souci ballroom. Our ballroom space is elegantly appointed with more dazzling chandeliers, designer marble interior finishes and huge LED Wall panels for displaying continuous photos or videos. Friendly staff guide you to your beautifully arranged table and chair. The servers, as if choreographed, present each course right on time. The Sans Souci chef’s creative meal presentation earns appreciative comments from your guests. After a sumptuous meal, the dance floor beckons, with a sound system that rivals the finest club’s. For a special celebratory toast, you invite your guests out to the covered roman lakeside pavilion just outside. The magnificent outdoor space is graced by white tall marble pillars, magnificent statuary and illuminated with soft glowing spotlights.

    My Fairy-Tale Wedding

    I had my wedding at Sans Souci Ballroom on 3/21/2026 and honestly could not have chosen a more beautiful venue. From the moment we walked in for our first tour, we knew this place was something special. The ballroom is absolutely stunning — elegant chandeliers, luxurious finishes, high ceilings, and such a grand atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a true fairytale. What really stood out to us was how attentive and professional the staff was throughout the entire process. Norma was truly amazing and very helpful. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the team at Sans Souci made everything feel smooth, organized, and enjoyable. They were always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Our guests are still talking about how breathtaking the venue looked and how spacious and elegant everything felt. The Chandeliers, LED wall, fountains, lighting, bridal suite, and overall ambiance gave our reception such a high-end luxury feel that you honestly do not find at most venues in Houston. If you are looking for a luxury wedding venue in Houston that truly delivers on elegance, professionalism, and unforgettable memories, I highly recommend Sans Souci Ballroom. We go by daily minimums instead of room rates, we custom tailor packages to suit your needs

Yes, in fact we have some of the largest bridal and groom suites Houston area. As well are available since 9 AM until the end of your event
Even if there is an in-house caterer, do I have the option of using an outside caterer instead? We have an in-house caterer however for a fee you may use your own.
Yes for a small fee TIP: Caterers charge extra if they have to haul in refrigerators and stoves.
No.
Yes, in fact that is how we always do it! We provide the mixers and the bartenders and you provide the alcohol. We do not allow kegs or shots
What services are included? Your Sales- Venue coordinator will be with you every step of the way and can use their expertise to assist. However we do require you have someone to coordinate day of.
Yes we have a list of in house DJ’s and a plug and play option for outside DJs. You may also have a band…we have a stage with Huge LED Wall Panels for that!
They can show up the day before if we don’t have an event. Because we only host one event a day you will have more than enough time to set the space. TIP: Some venues host multiple weddings per weekend. Others just host one! If your venue does the latter, ask if you can start the setup the day before.
