The Prestant is a unique event space located in historic Newport, KY. Stroll through our 51 expansive acres of historical land. The gem of the venue, the two-story, 250 year old stone mansion still has its old charm but has been updated with modern amenities, luxury lounges, facilities and more. Large outdoor gatherings may be held in the fully restored tobacco barn that serves as our 2,400 sq ft event venue. Whether your event or wedding is held indoors or outdoors, the expansive landscape and ivy adorned farmhouse offer the perfect backdrop for any occasion.

Built in 1842, historic Simmstown Manor has a rich story. Originally constructed by Harvey McElroy for his daughter Mariah, the home later passed to John Simms after the Civil War. Unlike many, Simms preserved his wealth through the war and acquired the mansion and its surrounding land, eventually owning 2,400 acres. The Simms family added a two-story north wing and moved in by 1868, hosting grand gatherings for the region’s most prominent families. When John’s wife, Sarah Cecilia, died in 1895, he divided his land among their five children, giving Simmstown to his youngest, Mary, with whom he lived until his death. The property remained in the family until 1983, when it was sold to the current owner, Larry Hodge. Both the house and grounds later underwent extensive renovation, preserving as much historic character as possible.

The Tucker Homestead is a beautiful historic home with history and elegance dating back to 1910. The setting is on a large farm that is surrounded by rolling hills and knob land. From the house, to the beautiful log cabin located adjacent to the house, large mature trees, landscaped grounds, the spacious patio with a fireplace makes a perfect setting and backdrop for your special day. An additional house is provided for the bride and her bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. The bride then comes to the Homestead house to get into her dress for first looks and photos. The groomsmen have a beautiful Log cabin to get ready in and await the time. There are different packages to accommodate your wedding guest list. Caron Tucker, the owner is on the grounds at all times to make sure your day is stress free and to make sure everything goes smoothly. As the newest addition to The Stone House at Silver Creek wedding venue, The Atrium is a one-of-a-kind, all-inclusive wedding and event space for up to 300 guests. Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events. Rotherwood Events is unique as it can accommodate and customize events that are traditional, casual, or both all in one place.

The Elisha Morgan Mansion is a Flemish Bond brick farm mansion, built in 1817, and stands as a treasured historic landmark in the City of Fairfield. It has been determined that the house, as it presently stands, was constructed in three stages. The original Federal-style front portion, facing Ross Road, was built for Elisha Morgan in 1817. The second Greek Revival-style extension was added in 1858 by David Hueston. There is also a one-story third addition with a shed roof.

This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

Historic Locust Grove is a National Historic Landmark as well as an accredited museum on the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail and a unique example of early Kentucky architecture, craftsmanship, and history. It's an unusual but refreshing setting for any event! We will make every effort to accommodate your needs for setup and starting times, taking into consideration the needs of the historic site.

The 1859 is a wedding venue situated in the heart of Historic, Loveland, Ohio. Originally constructed in 1859 from handmade bricks, this timeless chapel has laid witness to countless partners taking their first steps as a married couple.
