Cocktail Hour

With this package, the client will cover the cost of all drinks served from the bar during a one-hour Cocktail Hour. This package includes a variety of alcoholic beverages such as wine, beer, seltzers, and top-shelf spirits, along with a selection of sodas and non-alcoholic options for guests to enjoy. Following the Cocktail Hour, the bar will transition to a cash bar, where guests will be responsible for purchasing their beverages for the remainder of the event.

Coachman Classic | Bar Service

Coachman Classic is a per-person package designed for all guests 21+. Includes a variety of beer, wine, seltzers, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages, with up to five hours of bar service. Liquor is not included but will be available for guests to purchase. Perfect for couples who want to give their guests a variety without worrying about fluctuating costs. With one set price per guest, you’ll know exactly what to expect while offering options for everyone to enjoy throughout the evening.

Coachman Premium

The Coachman Premium is our full open bar package, available to all guests 21+. This package includes a wide variety of beer, wine, seltzers, champagne, top-shelf spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, with up to five hours of unlimited bar service. This package is ideal for couples who want to treat their guests to an all-inclusive experience. With unlimited selections and no limitations, the celebration stays seamless, elevated, and unforgettable.

Coachman Dry Bar

Not planning to serve alcohol at your event, or simply want to make sure your under-21 guests are taken care of? We’ve got you covered! This service includes guest favorites such as ice water, club soda, Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, and lemonade — all presented and served just like a traditional bar experience. It’s the perfect way to keep everyone included and ensure your event feels complete without the stress of providing drinks yourself.

    Beautiful

    The Coachman Event Venue is absolutely beautiful - such a charming space with so much character! Their annual Spring Market is one of my favorite events to attend each year. It’s always filled with talented local vendors, great energy, and the perfect atmosphere for a day of shopping and connection. You can really tell how much care and attention to detail goes into every event they host. A true gem in downtown Aurora!

    The Most Amazing Wedding

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Coachman Event Venue—this place truly made our wedding dreams come true! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect spot, but the level of care, flexibility, and personal touches we experienced far exceeded even our highest expectations. A huge and heartfelt shoutout to Jennifer Brown, the onsite wedding coordinator, who was nothing short of a miracle worker. When unexpected rain threatened our outdoor ceremony, Jennifer seamlessly pivoted our entire setup indoors—without missing a beat. Her calm, professional demeanor kept us at ease, and the indoor ceremony space ended up being absolutely breathtaking. Jennifer went above and beyond, from setting up every detail perfectly to designing us a custom mirror and personalized decals for our wedding Jordans. It’s these thoughtful, unique touches that truly set her apart. We also want to thank Jenn York, the amazing owner of The Coachman. Jenn was incredibly accommodating, kind, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. She made everything feel effortless and was always there to support us with a smile. It’s clear that she cares deeply about every couple that walks through her doors. Thanks to The Coachman and their phenomenal team, our wedding was everything we imagined and more. Yes! We have a dedicated parking lot located right next to the venue for your convenience, along with plenty of additional street parking available nearby.
Yes! The Coachman is wheelchair accessible through our front entrance, making it easy for all guests to enjoy the venue.
The Coachman is just a short drive from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). By Car: Take I-275 East toward Indiana. Continue for about 15 miles and use Exit 16 to merge onto US-50 West toward Lawrenceburg/Aurora. Follow US-50 for approximately 10 miles, then turn onto 2nd Street in Aurora. The Coachman Event Venue is located in the heart of downtown Aurora, IN. Drive Time: Approximately 30–35 minutes, depending on traffic. Tip: Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) and rental cars are readily available at CVG for convenient transportation.
We understand things can change! Just note that the initial deposit is non-refundable once it’s paid. If you cancel more than 45 days before your event, no additional payments are required — but the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation happens within 45 days of your event, the full venue rental fee is still due, and no refund can be issued.

You’re welcome to bring your own food or work with a caterer of your choice. For beverages, non-alcoholic options can be provided by the client. All alcohol must be served through The Coachman Bar, per our liquor license.
We typically book 12-18 months in advance for peak dates, but please reach out — we may have last-minute openings.

Yes — we take care of the layout for you! Your tables and chairs will be set and ready based on your finalized floor plan. When you arrive, you can jump right into decorating and personalizing the space. Our goal is to make your day feel seamless from the moment you walk in.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served through The Coachman’s bar — outside alcohol is NOT permitted. The good news? Our bar team mixes up some incredible Coachman cocktails, so you and your guests will still have plenty of great options to enjoy!
