About this venue

With space for up to 100 guests, Headquarters is ideal for intimate weddings where the couple and their guests are at the center of the celebration. The venue features exposed brick, original hardwood floors and large windows that create a distinctive historic-industrial setting filled with tons of natural light. All wedding packages include full day venue access and use of our private bridal suite loft. Tables, chairs, linens, cocktail tables, lounge furniture, centerpieces, ceremony decor, greenery wall, lighting, sound equipment, projectors, coolers and ice are all included as part of the venue. We allow couples to bring in their own alcohol, and outside caterers and vendors are welcome, giving you the flexibility to build your wedding your way. In addition to wedding ceremonies and receptions, Headquarters is available for rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, engagement parties and other celebrations.

    I cannot say enough good things about this space! We hosted our rehearsal dinner there and it was perfect for people to all gather and mingle the night before. On the wedding day used the incredible bridal suites and venue. The venue comfortably fit our 90 wedding guests. The bridal suites are the perfect place for pictures with all the natural lighting, mirrors, refrigerator, open floor plan for bridesmaids to hang, and so convenient for storing items for the wedding that day. Our getting ready time was so easy and special with everyone there! The space itself is stunning and the old charm with modern features is exactly what we wanted. Being able to bring in our own caterers and alcohol was everything and let us stay on budget and make the evening exactly how we wanted. The team was super easy to work with and made the day perfect. I cannot recommend Headquarters enough!

    THE BEST!!!!

    The staff at Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue was fast to respond and solved every question we threw at them. They gave us the entire venue and bridal suite for the whole day, which was definitely the best value in Cincinnati. The bridal suite itself was huge with separate spaces for both our party and the groomsmen, and the staff stayed flexible as we made changes leading up to the wedding. The historic space is pristine and gave our celebration the backdrop we dreamed of. Their communication stayed prompt and straightforward throughout the planning process, which made everything feel easy. We'd recommend HQ to any couple looking for an amazing venue!

    Amazing Venue, Great Staff

    From our first conversation, the team at Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue kept us in the loop with quick, straightforward updates that made planning feel simple and stress-free. Mike especially went above and beyond to make our day special, thinking of details we hadn't even considered. When we arrived on our wedding day, everything was already set up perfectly and ready to go. The space itself is beautiful and warm, creating an atmosphere that felt uniquely ours.     Headquarters was an excellent venue choice for my son's rehearsal dinner. Mike, the owner, was excellent to work with and tending to our needs. The venue was spotless and beautiful. We were able to do a walk through of the ceremony and house 55 people comfortably. Definitely recommend.

    Charm of the location is amazing. We hosted a 35 person annual summit and Mike could not have been more accommodating.

Events are allowed to purchase and provide their own alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, etc.) for guest consumption. We allow self-serve for smaller events, but recommend hiring a bartender for most larger wedding receptions. Headquarters provides coolers and ice. No kegs allowed. Reach out to Headquarters staff for more information about bartending and alcohol purchasing recommendations.
There is a free public parking lot located directly across the street from the venue with approximately 50-75 available parking spots on weekend days.
Yes, the first floor venue is wheelchair accessible. We have one 8" step at the entrance to the venue but we provide a deployable wheelchair ramp if needed. Bathrooms are ADA accessible and equiped with hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.
The venue includes tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpiece options, cocktail tables with linens, lounge furniture, sound system, projectors, lighting, greenery photo wall, ceremony archway, buffet and bar areas, coolers, and ice. The venue doesn't provide any tableware (cups, plates, napkins, utensils, service items).
We allow cancellation and rescheduling up until 30 days prior to your scheduled event date. Cancellations receive a 50% refund of their paid amount. Rescheduling is completely free (used as a credit towards a future event). No refunds will be given inside of 30 days of your event date.

No, our venue is fully insured. Some renters still opt to get an additional wedding umbrella policy for a low cost through their car/homeowners insurance provider.
