The staff at Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue was fast to respond and solved every question we threw at them. They gave us the entire venue and bridal suite for the whole day, which was definitely the best value in Cincinnati. The bridal suite itself was huge with separate spaces for both our party and the groomsmen, and the staff stayed flexible as we made changes leading up to the wedding. The historic space is pristine and gave our celebration the backdrop we dreamed of. Their communication stayed prompt and straightforward throughout the planning process, which made everything feel easy. We'd recommend HQ to any couple looking for an amazing venue!

From our first conversation, the team at Headquarters Wedding and Event Venue kept us in the loop with quick, straightforward updates that made planning feel simple and stress-free. Mike especially went above and beyond to make our day special, thinking of details we hadn't even considered. When we arrived on our wedding day, everything was already set up perfectly and ready to go. The space itself is beautiful and warm, creating an atmosphere that felt uniquely ours. We used Headquarters Historic Event Center for our daughter's baby shower. Everything was amazing! The space was set up perfectly for the event, linens and centerpieces on tables and the lounge area was perfectly configured to allow the guest to relax.

We had an amazing experience having our wedding here. It was the first venue we looked at and even though we shopped around, we booked here. I have no regrets. Mike was awesome through the entire booking and planning process. The upstairs is incredible for the day of the wedding. I was so happy that I didn’t have to rent a hotel room for us to get ready. Guests commented on the feel of this venue and how special it felt, I couldn’t agree more. It was also awesome that we could curate our wedding food, drinks, flowers, etc. ourselves with no limitations. I love this venue and will always recommend them to engaged couples or people looking for a place for a party/shower! 100%

The Headquarters was the perfect place for our wedding. The space had so much character on its own and fit our 70 guests so well. It already felt special, but still gave us room to make it our own. Mike was easy to work with and quick to respond whenever we had questions. On the wedding day, he was also really helpful in the morning and with the room flip between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our guests loved the venue and kept commenting on how unique it was. We also really appreciated having the upstairs space to get ready and keep our things throughout the day. We would absolutely recommend The Headquarters!
