I was a Wheeler House bride this past April and it was hands down the best decision we could have made while wedding planning. Ashley and Emma were the best ever at helping us plan our day to fit our wedding wishes. If there were any hiccups on our wedding day, I had (and still have) no idea about them. We rented out the cottages for our bridal party for two nights and it was an incredible experience to have everyone together the night before and after our wedding! Working with this venue made planning our wedding so unbelievably seamless and easy! They are on top of everything, down to every scheduled meeting between design, food selection, event timeline and final planning. A special shout out to Lauren with the Design Studio who made my aesthetic vision come true! The florals and decor were just spectacular and exactly what I envisioned. We had our ceremony out of the terrace with about 120 guests and it was absolutely perfect! You are also provided wonderful wedding director for day of as a ‘right hand woman’ and I couldn’t speak more highly of both Kari and Jasmine who helped keep our day on schedule! From the moment we started planning our wedding at Flint Hill, we were impressed by the prompt, kind, and articulate communication from the entire team. Jessica and the planning staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making me feel comfortable to share any insecurities or concerns leading up to the wedding. I truly felt like I was the only bride they were working with, although I know that is not the case. On the day of our wedding, I felt so special, knowing that every detail would be carried out flawlessly. The venue itself is timeless, historic, and stunning, with a versatility that allowed us to create the romantic atmosphere we envisioned. Lauren from the design team heard my vision, and helped me bring it to life!! Melissa, the sales manager, and her assistant Nikki were an absolute delight to work with - Melissa was so accommodating and worked diligently to produce a contract that fit our budget and expectations. We are thrilled with how our special day turned out at Flint Hill and would recommend it to anyone who asks!!!! 10/10 stars from us!

We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. The 173 Carlyle House was the absolute perfect venue for our special day. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception there with almost 200 guests, and their venue space and staff accommodated for us exceptionally well! My favorite thing about the Carlyle House is its flexibility and the ability to personalize decor and details for your event, as well as it's reasonable and extremely affordable pricing. Throughout the entire planning process (only 4 months), Gerise was helpful, responsive, and offered her expertise and support whenever needed. I had multiple meetings, calls, and walkthroughs to plan and finalize everything, and she was more than accommodating each time I reached out. The house itself is classy, elegant, and charming, which is exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding. The staff and catering were wonderful and we received many compliments from our guests on their service. I hope we have another reason to use them again in the future! We highly recommend the 173 Carlyle House for any special event!

The built-in bar inside a converted barn shed was a charming touch that made our cocktail hour even more memorable. The outdoor ceremony in front of the forest, with the wildflower meadow in the background, was stunning and exactly what we envisioned. The backyard was perfect for our tented reception, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and unique the venue was. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

We weren’t prepared for how COMPLETE our experience was going to be with Four Oaks Manor! I mean: decor, service ware, choice of colors and accents, customized ceremony backdrop, signage, seating, setup and takedown, and so much more. Their coordinator McKenzie Julian took on so much more responsibility for us- at NO extra charge- that she was practically our wedding planer from day one. The staff, the chef, and the grounds were all beyond our expectations. We wanted an outdoor venue with a forest-vineyard-farmhouse vibe and somehow we found Four Oaks to accommodate it all. There was PLENTY of room for our 80 person event, the ceremony seating and dinner arrangements were comfortable and well-placed. We had unlimited ice included and had staff handling refills of self-serve canned alcohol. There were NO surprise fees and TONS of surprise upgrades. Choosing Four Oaks was the best decision we made besides “I do!”

Rose Hall did a phenomenal job with everything from pre to day of wedding day operations and servicing. For an all inclusive venue that is on a beautiful estate and has a reception area that is stunning like fairy garden, and beautiful roses everywhere, their prices are extremely affordable. Everything from the included decor options, florals which include your bridal party and even had grandmother options and mother of the bride and groom and both dads and officiant received boutonnières as well, to the catered food which everyone raved about being so good and confection perfection the cake company that the venue used had some of the best cake I’ve ever had at a wedding! I added on a dessert bar as well for a low fee and everyone enjoyed the bite size mini cheese cakes, cannolis, and dessert cups. The day of they make the transition from the bridal suite to the room where your waiting to begin the ceremony so easy and help bring all your bags and get ready materials down to the waiting area, you they also designate where all leftover food, decor, and alcohol will go so for mine my mother took most of it while the groom side took the alcohol since they paid for it and they sent us home with personal boxes of leftover and cake for late night snacks after the wedding as well as had all our belongings ready in the car that took us to our hotel at the end of the night . I am so happy with both my coordinators the day of that checked on us often and kept us well informed. It was truly a stress free wedding experience and I can’t rave enough about this venue and their staff. If you go with a photographer choose the primary vendor Johanna Alexandra, she has done multiple wedding there and so she knew exactly where to get the best shots and was very timely and was so sweet and talented. The DJ that comes witch the venue did a great job as well, I sent him a playlist of my favorite songs for each section of the wedding and he mixed in a few crowd pleasers for the start of the reception and right before our big exit he played one of my favorites edm songs while the guests lined up for the sparkler exit so I could head bang with a few of my close friends as I know that music is not for everyone so his timing was perfect haha. Thank you so much rose hall, and to our team - Amanda , Kayla and thank you to Lisa the owner for also checking in on me as well. Once I get more photos I’ll post more of the venue so you can see how beautiful it truly was but here’s a few shots if you choose the gazebo ceremony they also have a beautiful live oak as a backdrop for a second option.

The Lightner Museum was a wonderful venue for our wedding celebration. From the very first interaction, their communication style was quick, smooth, yet a bit complicated at times. However, the quality of their work and overall value was truly phenomenal. The historical elegance of the space provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. When traffic was terrible and we couldn't find parking, the staff even went to my car to retrieve the linens, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. While a few minor decor items were overlooked, the guests were none the wiser, and it was still a lovely evening from start to finish. We're so grateful to the Lightner Museum team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

My husband and I had THE most magical wedding day all thanks to Victory North! Me and my entire family have worked in the wedding industry for 10 years so picking a venue was a big decision for us. We toured so many locations and Victory North was by far the most amazing. They include the chairs and tables and so many other things within the venue rental whereas most other venues you have to pay a large amount and it doesn't include anything. The only downside to our wedding day is that it rained our entire wedding day, start the finish with no stopping. While this may seem like a nightmare, Victory North made it so perfect still. We had considered tenting the courtyard but it was simply raining too hard to do that. We had the ceremony inside and it was THE MOST stunning, intimate, and romantic ceremony ever. I may be bias saying that but we had so many guests say the same thing! So if you are an anxious bride and worried about a rain backup plan, this is your venue!! In addition to all the amazing things already mentioned, the 3rd floor space at Victory North is absolutely the best part. A lot of my friends that have gotten married recently have had to get ready in a closet or use a restroom as the holding place before the ceremony. Victory North will have you posted up like a queen and there is so much space up there. We had all our bridal party and both sides of our family upstairs before the ceremony and never felt cramped. I can't recommend Victory North enough!!

We had our wedding on January 21, 2023. We were blessed to have our reception at The Venue at the Star Theater in Toccoa, GA. As a renovated historic theater, The Star offers classic vibes with romantic feels as you dance under the string lights. Areas offered are main floor for seating and dancing, stage area which we used for seating for the bridal party and the DJ, as well as the balcony area for seating. One of my favorite parts was the perfect get away / leaving reception area in the rear of the building. It is set up perfectly for guests to send off the happy couple and makes for absolutely beautiful moments captured by pictures or video. Lastly, I can’t say enough good things about the owner operators, Jim and Christy. They really go with you through the journey of finding the best way to set up all of the aspects for your special day - whether it a wedding, reception, or something special occasion. They not only let you know of what has worked well for other events at the venue but are open to trying new set ups and such (of course within reason - no hanging from the ceilings or anything like that!!) I would recommend 10/10.

Ivy Hall is the perfect place to have your wedding ceremony and reception. The industrial rustic feel of the reception hall creates such a magical environment. Our wedding at The Carmichael House, May 4, 2024, was absolutely beautiful. The owner/coordinator Paige was incredible!! Her hospitality made me and my wedding party feel so welcome, she was so accommodating while also allowing us all the space and time we needed to enjoy ourselves. There was also a space for my husband and his friends to enjoy themselves as well and he said they truly enjoyed themselves. While searching for a venue, what set Paige apart from other venues I visited was that she was so personable, and I didn't feel like I was just another business transaction. We talked back and forth for a year during the planning process, and she always responded in a timely manner, especially the last few weeks of planning, I was bothering her late into the night, but she was responding immediately. She kept the wedding on track and on time. I would highly recommend The Carmichael House as a top-notch wedding venue if you're in the market for a wedding venue you definitely won't be disappointed.

The Roswell Mill Club was hands down the prettiest venue we saw when we first got engaged and they turned out to be THE BEST VENDOR! Jacob Jones was our ceremony coordinator and he was so organized. SO efficient with the rehearsal, and answered all of our 100 thousand questions about the day of logistics. Linda Petsis was our event coordinator and she answered countless emails about vendors, decorations, and day-of details, and I would've lost my mind without their help! Everyone always says you need a wedding planner, or at least a day of coordinator, and these two made sure everything went smoothly the day of, and the days leading up to the wedding! Several wedding guests on both sides have told us how GORGEOUS the wedding was and how smoothly everything ran, and I 100% attribute that to Jacob and Linda. Also want to give a special shout-out to Leonard, our event captain! He was the person who made our plates for dinner and I was worried about this because how does the person know how much food I want? I spoke with him before the ceremony and explained I want more pasta than anything else and he filled AN ENTIRE PLATE with the pasta! He understood the assignment and it was my favorite part about dinner! My mom told me several times how he also made sure she always had a drink, and he made her feel just as special as the bride and groom! The food was the most delicious food I've had at a wedding, several guests commented about how incredible it was! They packed us several to-go containers at the end of the night and that was helpful to have in the few days before our honeymoon! I would give the Roswell Mill Club and Events Catering 6 stars if I could; they were super helpful and made our wedding day just PERFECT!
