Your Something Old & New! Olde Dobbin Station will provide a unique experience for its clients through the use of old structures built in the early 1900’s, restored to their original look and feel, while adding a vintage touch. The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. Olde Dobbin has recently renovated its final structure and officially has made it into a chapel. The “chapel” was initially used in the late 1800’s as a pump house for the nearby trains' steam.

Bingham Ranch Events is a beautifully wooded venue sitting on 78 acres with multiple outdoor ceremony sights to choose from. The 1850's McFadin Manor is available for the bride and her party with a large bridal suite, ample mirrors and great lighting for hair and make-up. The men have a separate "men's cave" called the "Commanche Hall" to comfortably hang out with a large party room, tv's, refrigerator and two full bathrooms. The rental time is 12 -14 hours, and all buildings are included with your rental. Your reception can be set up under our Veranda with screens that are electronic and can be up or down with twinkling lights from the ceiling.
