We just had our wedding at the South Congress Hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for our weekend. The staff is amazing and everyone was struck by how beautiful the atmosphere was. The food was unbelievable and our guest couldn’t stop talking about it. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and did not even leave the area. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and has such an enchanting, fairytale-like charm across the entire property. I also love how the venue is owned and managed by one family. You can easily see how much love and work they put into it all, to make sure these couples have the best wedding possible, and I really appreciate that. The value of the package we chose, definitely met our standards. We had access to the grounds for the entire day of the wedding (9AM-11PM), which was really advantageous, and there was even complimentary valet. The bride and groom both had their own separate quarters, which were very old houses with such ancestral and historic character that I really adored. The food was delicious and better than expected, since most weddings I've been to had very bland and disappointing dishes. The Chef on-site was very kind and helpful during the tasting process. Jose, the property manager, was very generous with his time and was very understanding and communicative with visits, tastings, and vendor schedules. There were a couple of times that there was confusion with contacts and miscommunications over phone calls/texts, but it was quickly figured out. As for the day of the wedding, the weather was highly unpredictable. It started off sunny and then it stormed for a few hours and then it cleared up just in time for the ceremony to still be held outdoors, and then it rained again for hours- shortly after the ceremony. However, Jose reassured me that they were all fully prepared to rearrange for everything to be indoors, if need be. The only qualms I really had with the night was when the food was being served, it got disorganized and confusing, since we didn't want a seating chart but had two entree options- so we tried to give everyone color-coordinating name plates, but it did not seem to workout too well. Everyone eventually got a meal, though. However, my husband and I wanted our dinners to be boxed up, since we were too anxious and excited to eat. We had told our coordinator this, and she said she would tell Jose to make sure it was done, but I guess the word never got back to him and the food was unfortunately thrown away. Similar situation happened with the cake, because we thought we were going to have the top tier saved for the 1 year anniversary tradition, but I think it was all served, which isn't really a big deal to us (I would rather my guests each have a slice of cake). When the wedding was ending after the grand exit, it got really hectic with packing and cleaning, because of the rain and everyone leaving at the same time, but Jose was really kind about us coming back the following day to pick up all the items that were left behind. Overall, the venue is beautiful and definitely worth it's value, all the staff are very friendly and exceptionally accommodating-I highly recommend it. We had a great time and everyone was happy, and I can't wait to go back to the venue for the complimentary, 1st anniversary bed and breakfast they offer!

Camp Lucy was above and beyond in every way! The space was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the experience itself was so wonderful. Our account manager Laura was always so helpful and very sweet and friendly, she helped everything go so smoothly and was super at communicating and answering all of our questions! The venue itself was beautiful and the perfect mix of outdoor-indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception. The bridal and groom suites were gorgeous, and our food and drink service that morning was wonderful. The Camp Lucy catering and bar staff were also phenomenal the entire night! We stayed on-site in one of the resort suites, and that experience was also above and beyond thanks to the lovely staff. Aside from being a beautiful venue, Camp Lucy is also a wonderful resort with really cool historical points and a great (seriously, so good!) restaurant. We will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversary!

We had our wedding at Tuscan Oaks in November and it by far exceeded any and all expectations we had! From the tour to the wedding, the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful and make this process so smooth! The home is beautiful, the getting ready suites are perfectly sized, the ballroom is spacious and the ceremony space near the pond is so gorgeous. I met Kristina and her husband at the Bridal Expo and they were so sweet that I booked them that day. Kristina was always attentive to my questions. She is very detailed oriented and I can appreciate that because I’m the same way. I love that my package included wedding insurance and coordination. I worked with Brandi and Victoria from Next Chapter Weddings. They were very helpful. I suggest paying the extra fee to help with the rehearsal. I had a big wedding party and they helped us to get organized. We decided do the ceremony under the luxury tent. It was beautiful. It was hot outside but the luxury tent provided ample covering and there was a nice occasional breeze so we didn’t get too hot. The reception was in the banquet hall was stunning with two stories. We had the DJ and photo booth upstairs. After the ceremony we flipped the tent to the dance floor and bar area. Once it got dark the tent was light up and it was like dancing under the stars. All my guests commented how beautiful the venue was. The staff was amazing and catered to my needs to make my day flow smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to other couples.

The Grand Lady was a wonderful wedding venue for us. From the moment we started planning, the staff was incredibly professional, thorough and detailed in their communication, making the process seamless. The venue itself was beautiful, with a spacious and comfortable layout that blended a clean, modern aesthetic with lovely historic character. We and our guests loved exploring the lush garden and taking photos in the many picturesque areas around the property. The on-site rental options were also a huge plus, and the house our family to get ready and relax in style. Overall, The Grand Lady provided an exceptional value and contributed greatly to making our wedding day perfect.

We had our Indian wedding in March of 2024 and it was a dream come true thanks to Hotel Viata. We had multiple events spread over a couple of venues but Hotel Viata hosted our guests the entire weekend as well as several of our events. We had a LGBTQ Indian wedding and they truly rose to the occasion. Our main contact Kelsey was FANTASTIC, but we truly received top notch service from everyone-from the folks that welcomed us at the desk to the bartenders and servers at our events. They went above and beyond to learn about our traditions and make each of events special. Honestly, we felt like extended family and our guests raved about the experience. The love, openness and celebratory affection they radiated our entire weekend…well that was priceless. Within their ability, they truly tried to make all of our wishes come true. One example of their kindness was when Kelsey went above and beyond and grabbed food for one of our best friend’s young kids…just because we wanted to make sure she had something that she would definitely eat. We’ll always remember our wedding with love and fondness….it was such a special time. And we’ll always be grateful to Hotel Viata for making our 20-year long dream come true. Highly recommend them for any of your special events.

We were able to book our wedding and have accommodations for almost everyone within one month's planning due to this beautiful ranch. We went from an idea of a low key destination wedding to a reality with our family and closest friends in a place we didn't want to leave. We were able to book three of the four properties and host the ceremony and intimate dinner in the Barnhouse. We stayed for four days, had a wedding and saved so much money, time and headaches because of the reasonable pricing, everything being on site for the wedding and access to full kitchens for breakfast and dinner with our family under one roof.
