The Event Space features include neutral color tones, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open floor plan, and curated menus by our award-winning culinary team, making it the ideal backdrop for engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions of up to 180 for a seated meal and 200 for a standing reception.

The ABSOLUTE best!
We just had our wedding at the South Congress Hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for our weekend. The staff is amazing and everyone was struck by how beautiful the atmosphere was. The food was unbelievable and our guest couldn’t stop talking about it. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and did not even leave the area. We hosted all our events here across the weekend making it easing for our guests. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat- Love Love Love South Congress and their team!
Perfect Modern Wedding Venue
Located in the heart of Austin, TX, South Congress Hotel was the perfect location for our wedding! It was so nice having the ceremony and reception in the same place and guests absolutely RAVED about the food from Cafe No Se. I wouldn’t change a single thing about our experience
great venue, iffy communication
My wedding turned out beautifully. I really didn't need to add much to make the space beautiful. However, getting my questions answered was somewhat difficult. Just took a while to get clarity.
