    The perfect Austin venue

    My husband and I looked at Springdale Station as our first venue and we immediately felt that it was 'the one.' It had the perfect Austin vibe with the indoor/outdoor elements, the old rail station, the beautiful plants and trees, and the location near the heart of downtown. It had elevated elegance with a rugged Texas charm. Hannah was absolutely amazing to work from start to finish. She made everything feel so easy and calm, no matter the decision to be made. The entire bar staff and the in-house florals, Native Botanicals' Colin, were also equally amazing to work with. The florals were absolutely breathtaking. All of our guests raved about the venue and how much fun they had at our wedding. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It was PERFECT!!

    An amazing experience

    We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue than Springdale Station for our wedding! The unique charm and character of the space set the perfect backdrop for our special day. From the beautiful indoor setting to the lush outdoor area, every detail of Springdale Station is thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience. Working with Amanda and Kayla was an absolute dream. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for making our day perfect made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. Their expertise and creative vision helped us bring our ideas to life, and their organizational skills ensured everything ran seamlessly on the day of the event. Both Amanda and Kayla went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were always available to answer our questions and provide support. Their dedication to making our wedding day stress-free and magical truly made all the difference. Catering, linens, decor, and all event production costs are not included. We now also offer an “all-inclusive” service in which we organize all of the food, beverage, and decor for you.

We require you to work with our Preferred Vendor list for catering. Springdale Station has an in-house bar program and handles all alcoholic & non-alcoholic packages. You are welcome to work with any other vendor on/off our list.
You are responsible for removing all decor, personal items, and rented items at the end of the night as well as removing the trash.
You may hang decorations using Command Strips. Nails, glue guns, tacks, and tape are not allowed. Command Strips are the only permitted hanging device as we have to protect our beautiful bead board walls.
No, Springdale Station does not provide any sound, lighting, or staging. We now have an in-house AV vendor who can handle all of your needs. To request a quote, email AV@springdalestation.com.
We can allow live amplified music outdoors with approval from our manager. All outdoor music must end by 10pm.
A signed contract and the security deposit and half of the rental fee are due to secure your date. The other half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to your date. All payments made are fully non-refundable. In the event of the need for a cancellation, we do allow you to use your deposit to reschedule your event within a 12 month period.
