Springdale Station exists — to provide you and your guests with world-class services that result in an unforgettable and unique event. Our venue also boasts awe-inspiring backdrops and ample space so you can effortlessly entertain the most important people in your life. We’re located just 5 minutes away from Austin’s vibrant downtown district, which means you can easily accommodate and transport your guests while indulging in the lively atmosphere this up-and-coming area offers.

Catering, linens, bar, decor, AV needs, and all event production costs are not included. We now also offer “turnkey” service in which we organize all of the food, beverage, and decor for you.
300 inside / 400 inside and outside
You may choose any caterer or vendor you like. We do not charge a penalty or fee if you choose vendors who are not on our list. We also do not have a liquor license, which means that you can serve whatever alcohol you’d like to serve. All alcohol must be served by TABC licensed bartenders. Alcohol may not be sold on site, but can be given away as part of your event.
You are responsible for removing all decor, personal items, and rented items at the end of the night as well as removing the trash. If you’d like us to handle trash removal, we charge a $150 fee.
You may hang decorations using Command Strips. Nails, glue guns, tacks, and tape are not allowed. Command Strips are the only permitted hanging device as we have to protect our beautiful bead board walls.
No, Springdale Station does not provide any sound, lighting, or staging. We now have an in-house AV vendor who can handle all of your needs. To request a quote, email AV@springdalestation.com.
We can allow live amplified music outdoors with approval from our manager. All outdoor music must end by 10pm.
A signed contract and the security deposit and half of the rental fee are due to secure your date. The other half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to your date. All payments made are fully non-refundable. In the event of the need for a cancellation, we do allow you to use your deposit to reschedule your event within a 12 month period.
