    Incredible Wedding Venue!

    We had our Indian wedding in March of 2024 and it was a dream come true thanks to Hotel Viata. We had multiple events spread over a couple of venues but Hotel Viata hosted our guests the entire weekend as well as several of our events. We had a LGBTQ Indian wedding and they truly rose to the occasion. Our main contact Kelsey was FANTASTIC, but we truly received top notch service from everyone-from the folks that welcomed us at the desk to the bartenders and servers at our events. They went above and beyond to learn about our traditions and make each of events special. Honestly, we felt like extended family and our guests raved about the experience. The love, openness and celebratory affection they radiated our entire weekend…well that was priceless. Within their ability, they truly tried to make all of our wishes come true. One example of their kindness was when Kelsey went above and beyond and grabbed food for one of our best friend’s young kids…just because we wanted to make sure she had something that she would definitely eat. We’ll always remember our wedding with love and fondness….it was such a special time. And we’ll always be grateful to Hotel Viata for making our 20-year long dream come true. Highly recommend them for any of your special events.

Yes, we provide valet parking at a rate of $15.00 per vehicle for the duration of the event. For guests staying overnight, the valet fee is $39.00 per vehicle per night. Additionally, we offer complimentary self-parking in our onsite garage for your guests convenience.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
To ensure that every aspect of your special day unfolds seamlessly, our venue requires the engagement of a professional wedding planner a minimum of 12 weeks prior to the wedding event date. This policy allows us to maintain a high standard of quality and coordination, helping to create a flawless and stress-free celebration for you and your loved ones.
In the event of a group cancellation: - 0 to 90 days prior to arrival: Liquidated damages will be 90% of the "Anticipated Banquet Food and Beverage and Meeting Room Rental Revenue," plus applicable taxes and service charges. - 91 to 180 days prior to arrival: Damages will be 80% of the same amount, plus applicable taxes and service charges. - 181 to 365 days prior to arrival: Damages will be 70%, plus applicable taxes and service charges. - Between contract acceptance and 366 days prior: Damages will be 50%, plus applicable taxes and service charges. Thank you for your understanding of these policies.
Car Rental: Several car rental companies operate at the airport. You can rent a car and drive to the hotel, which is about a 25-minute drive (approximately 15 miles) via TX-71 W and S Mopac Expy. Ride-Sharing: You can use services like Uber or Lyft. Just request a ride from the airport, and the driver will take you directly to the hotel. Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport. Look for the designated taxi area, and you can take one to the hotel. Airport Shuttle: Check if the hotel offers a shuttle service. Some hotels provide complimentary or paid shuttles to and from the airport. Safe travels!
For your protection, as well as the Hotel’s, a certificate of insurance holding Hotel Viata, its employees, and guests harmless in the case of any incident is required. Please present your Catering Sales Manager proof of insurance before your event.
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated charges.
Your Catering Sales Manager will work with you and/or your wedding planner to outline the details of your event. We recommend this process begin about three months prior to your wedding date. Planning too far ahead can create more work for everyone, as decisions and preferences change over a prolonged period. Don’t rush the process but leave plenty of time for getting the details in place.
