The Meritage Resort And Spa

The spacious Meritage Ballroom is our grandest indoor venue and the largest ballroom in Napa Valley. Highlights include crystal chandeliers, dark wood trim, and an adjoining outdoor terrace for mingling and wine tasting.

Built into the hillside beneath our nine-acre vineyard, the Estate Cave features a dramatic barrel ceiling illuminated by the warm glow of ornate wall sconces and chandeliers.

Exchange vows or entertain guests while enjoying stellar valley views from this alluring outdoor wedding venue. The Vineyard Deck is tucked among the vines and features a Tuscany-inspired columned gazebo ideal for wedding ceremonies.

Adjacent to the Meritage Ballroom, the terrace is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail receptions overlooking our gorgeous nine-acre vineyard and pool area. The space includes privacy screens and heaters that can be used year-round.

Our charming Fountain Courtyard features a large fireplace, fountain, and romantic string lights overhead, creating the ideal ambiance for casual lunches, dinners, receptions, and al fresco wine tastings.

Located off the spacious Carneros Ballroom, the covered Oakville Terrace can accommodate medium-size outdoor receptions or be combined with the Rutherford Terrace for larger events.

Drink in spectacular vineyard views from our scenic Rooftop Terrace, the ideal setting to mingle and indulge in light bites and great wine. The Rooftop Terrace includes a private indoor lounge that can accommodate an additional 50 guests.

The Vintner’s Room is an intimate space featuring warm wood, exposed brick, iron accents, and romantic candlelight. With its large community tables and adjoining bar area, the Vintner’s Room is perfect for dinner parties and private events.

The elegant Carneros Ballroom offers 7,358 square feet of reception space for hosting 25 to 500 guests. For al fresco entertaining, the ballroom opens up to the all-season-covered Oakville Terrace.
