This space features twinkling lights hanging from the ceiling to create a beautiful ambiance. The Varanda has screens from ceiling to floor that can be electronically opened or closed. The screens make it easy to see outside and feel as though you're sitting outdoors but with protection from the elements. From the Varanda, it opens up to a large grassy courtyard with large oak trees wrapped in twinkling lights that are visible from the Varanda.

The McFadin Manor is the oldest home built in Williamson County and has been fully restored to make your special day magical.

Equipped with comfortable seating, 2 large TV's, tables, chairs, refrigerator and a large game room attached, there's ample things to keep the guys entertained while they wait for the festivities to begin.

This space is huge and sits between all the buildings on the property.

This space can seat up to 300 guests. Has electricity available and a special spot for your DJ to play your wedding song. Come see it for yourself! It's like a sabbatical listening to the waterfall from our natural springs and it is so very gorgeous, it's very wooded and not much decorating is needed, if any, for your ceremony.

This space is large enough to have a "Ceremony and Reception" under if needed due to inclimate weather conditions. There are no center poles so that a ceremony can be set up to take place right down the middle of the tent and it's large enough for a dancefloor and all your vendors as well. Twinkling lights from the ceiling provide a great ambiance for your guests to feel that this place is a great space for a special celebration.

Our fancy golf cart is a 12 passenger and gives your guests a fun experience to ride from the parking lot to the ceremony of your choice. There is no fee to use the golf cart, just asked to tip the driver who will make sure your guests are picked up and then delivered back to their car at the end of the evening.
