Located just outside Austin in Taylor, Texas, Tequila Ranch Events is a family-owned wedding venue where rustic charm meets a personalized, stress-free wedding experience. Our beautifully restored barn, scenic outdoor ceremony space, and wide-open Texas landscapes provide the perfect setting for intimate weddings and celebrations with up to 150 guests. We offer flexible venue rental options as well as our popular All-Inclusive Plus Package featuring catering, DJ, bartending, day-of coordination, and a two-night stay in our on-site ranch house for up to 10 guests. Outside vendors are always welcome. From your first tour to your last dance, Joe, Stormy, and our team are committed to making your planning experience simple, enjoyable, and unforgettable—with transparent pricing and no hidden fees.

    Country & Sunsets

    Traveled from California to Texas to have my dream country wedding with a beautiful sunset and no worries at all. That’s all because of Tequila Ranch. Joe, Stormy and Elissa are the most sweetest people you’ll ever meet and an awesome team to work with. Everything from start to finish went so smoothly. My husband and I realized we didn’t stress at all on our special day because of this amazing team! Highly recommend Tequila Ranch not just for your dream wedding but any celebration, you won’t regret it!

    Great venue, amazing owners.

    Tequila Ranch Events was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we started working with them, the communication was fast, effective and friendly. Elissa, our wedding coordinator, was awesome - she kept the whole night going seamlessly and I didn't even know about the little mishaps. The quality of their work and value was fantastic - they were open, lenient and really helped make our day fun. Joe helped out our vendors who were running behind by serving food and picking up the tables. The team at Tequila Ranch really went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect.

    Beautiful Venue

    From the moment we arrived at Tequila Ranch, we knew it was going to be something special. As the very first couple to tie the knot here, every moment felt like a dream come true! Joe & Stormy went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made the planning process so enjoyable and stress-free.     Wonderful Venue with Outstanding Service

    Our wedding was magical, thanks to Tequila Ranch. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, from beautiful architecture to gorgeous sunsets. In addition, we had help from Joe, Stormy and Elissa which made everything so much easier. They go above and beyond to ensure that your wedding day is successful. We hired Elissa for the day of coordination and she was wonderful to work with. There were some things that I forgot to bring, but she was able to work her magic and was able to figure out how to replace the things I did not bring. My husband and I give Tequila Ranch their much deserved 10 out of 10 stars, we highly recommend prospective couples book this venue for their wedding!

Yes, alcohol is allowed. You may purchase and bring your own alcohol. We require alcohol to be served by a TABC licensed bartender with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in alcohol liability insurance. BYOB is not allowed.
Yes, we have parking on our property for approximately 85 vehicles.
Our packages are 4 hours or 6 hours of event time. We allow early access to set up and decorate, plus an hour following the event to clean up and remove decorations.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.
Yes, we require all events to purchase an event liability policy.
No, we have an open vendor policy. We allow our couples to choose any vendors that they wish. We can make recommendations of some amazing vendors if you need any help.
Yes, we have accommodations for up to 10 guests at the main house.
