About this venue

In the Spring of 2016, our family came together to build this venue in the hopes that we could provide a peaceful place for the most joyful celebrations. We believe that the focus of any celebration should be on the joy you share with the people you love, so we’re here to take care of some of the details. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. The Cabin (dating back to 1905) has been remodeled to serve as a getting ready-space as well. Our Chapel features stained-glass and antique pews. The sides of the chapel can open up to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors. The two-story Reception Hall can accommodate up to 250 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. Our venue is located close to modern amenities while still offering a tranquil setting for inspired celebrations.

The two-story Reception Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with grand chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. String lights hang from the mezzanine level within this space, offering a magical atmosphere for stunning reception events.

This package includes everything from Package #1 plus month-of coordination by So Golden Wedding Coordination. You'll have a coordinator who's very familiar with the venue, so you won't have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks.

The Goldberg family is incredible! They want your day to be amazing and are there to help figure almost anything out. The chapel was light and airy and the reception hall has industrial rustic, 4eleven vibes. It was the perfect setting for our western boho wedding of about 100 people. No commuting between ceremony and reception. Bridal suite and grooms cabin. All. Bliss. Also, do yourself a favor and hire Emma as your day of coordinator!

We’re big fans of transparency. Our packages list everything that is included and we walk through your contract with you so that we’re all on the same page. We’ll never surprise you with extra things that need to be paid for. Happy surprises only!

Absolutely! We love meeting all the talented people working in this industry. The only vendor we require you to use is our bartenders. Everything else is open!

Our standard rental is 10am - 11pm. However, we have some great add-on options that include adding an hour to either end of your rental! All of our packages also include an hour rehearsal and access to the property for bridal and engagement photos.

You love it? So do we! The next step is to pay your deposit (which comes out of your total) and sign your contract. Simple as that.

March-June & September-December

We provide tables, chairs, decor, a sound system, a catering kitchen, fridge, and ice box. We also have packages that include set-up, tear-down, and cleaning. Most importantly, we’re lucky enough to have an amazing staff available for hire to help out during your event.

January, February, July, & August

You are required to use our bartenders ($200 per bartender for the whole event) but you bring your own alcohol, cups, ice, etc. The number of bartenders required depends on the guest count.

We have a free parking lot at the front of the property.

Wheelchair Accessible

Your rental starts at 10:00am and ends at 10:00pm. Exit must be by 10:00pm and vendors must be loaded out by 11:00pm. An additional hour can be added on at the beginning of the rental for $250.
