About this venue
In the Spring of 2016, our family came together to build this venue in the hopes that we could provide a peaceful place for the most joyful celebrations. We believe that the focus of any celebration should be on the joy you share with the people you love, so we’re here to take care of some of the details. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. The Cabin (dating back to 1905) has been remodeled to serve as a getting ready-space as well. Our Chapel features family-made stained-glass and antique pews. The chapel sides can open to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors. The two-story Reception Hall can accommodate up to 242 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. Our venue is located close to modern amenities while still offering a tranquil setting for inspired celebrations.

Our Chapel at features family-made stained-glass windows and antique pews. An antique bronze bell and natural wooden accents add to this magical setting. For those wishing to stage an outdoor ceremony, the sides of the chapel open up to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors.

This charming cottage at the front of the property offers a mirrored salon, kitchen, sunroom, dressing room, and 2 large porches.

This package includes everything included in The Basics + month-of coordination by a Stillwater Meadow coordinator. You'll have a coordinator who's very familiar with the venue, so you won't have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks.

Our night was PERFECT!
Stillwater Meadow is the most beautiful venue my husband and I have ever seen. It checked off every box when it came to what we were looking for in the place we got married. The best venue for the best day
The Goldberg family is incredible! They want your day to be amazing and are there to help figure almost anything out. The chapel was light and airy and the reception hall has industrial rustic, 4eleven vibes. It was the perfect setting for our western boho wedding of about 100 people. No commuting between ceremony and reception. Bridal suite and grooms cabin. All. Bliss. Also, do yourself a favor and hire Emma as your day of coordinator!
