From the moment we started working with Emma at Castle Ladyhawke, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and warm communication style. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic, charming feeling that made our wedding day feel truly special. The food was fantastic and despite complications it was a beautiful and magical day. While our initial coordinator, Emma, was great to work with over the 8 months leading up to the wedding, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that she would not be there on the day. Her replacement, Kelsie, arrived late, did not have our updated documents, failed to communicate with the vendors that there was a space for them on the third floor, and seemed to lack the positive energy and personal responsibility we had come to expect. There were also a few small hiccups, like the arch being set up incorrectly initially. But overall, we had a wonderful, memorable day for us and our guests.

Absolutely amazed at the Inn at Crestwood from their hospitality, to the property the staff and everything to ensure a beautiful wedding weekend. We felt so welcomed, and our families felt that inviting gratitude as well. No questions left unanswered and there was great transparency on the staff's end. The property opens itself up to an immaculate view of Grandfather Mountain, which also sees the sunset for those that love a good evening outside!! There was a lot of room to move and utilize their spaces in a way that fit our vision for the wedding. The food and drinks were crafted and paired great together. We highly recommend the Inn at Crestwood a thousand times!

This venue is the most amazing venue I toured while planning. It’s was absolutely stunning and everything I wanted in a venue. The venue coordinator is very nice, however, at times it was very difficult to get in touch with her. There is no staff to cover if she happens to be out of the office (which made it stressful as it closer to my wedding). Overall, I would recommend this venue for any celebration. I also loved that I had to option to bring all of my decor and vendors. My overall experience was a good one. My wedding was beautiful and everything turned out great.

Working with Separk was super easy from start to finish. We had Hannah as our wedding coordinator and she did a great job with creating and sticking to the timeline. She also did great at setting up our decor items and some flowers we brought to the venue. She was very communicative with us and our bridal party/family so that everyone knew what was expected from them for the ceremony. Overall we had a great experience with Separk and had the most perfect wedding thanks to them!

The chapel itself is bright and airy, with white walls, wooden floors, and charming pews that created a warm, elegant atmosphere—perfect for stunning photos. The outdoor fountain and arch provided beautiful backdrops, and the spacious dressing areas for both the bride and groom were a wonderful addition. Annea was an absolute pleasure to work with, from our initial tour to the rehearsal and wedding day. She was always available and incredibly helpful. I held my son and his now wife’s reception here in Sept 2024. You will not find a better person to work with than Sandra. She has the best idea’s and will help make your event special and perfect. The Bonaparte castle is a must see to appreciate its beauty. Her way of putting ideas together with your own brings her event space to life. Not only are the renovating a castle but they have a great outdoor space including a fire pit. There is a small tavern that can be used for that very purpose. The Historical Society of Topsail Island was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the planning process was efficient and effective, making the logistics easy to coordinate. The venue itself was spacious, versatile, and had a wonderful historic charm that our guests really enjoyed exploring during the cocktail hour. We were able to utilize the museum space to allow our guests to mingle and learn more about why we chose this unique location. The views from the venue were breathtaking, and the setup inside the building made it easy to have our food and bar service seamlessly integrated into the event. We had an amazing experience using the Historical Society, and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, historic, and well-run wedding venue.

I LOVE THE BARN AT REYNOLDA in Winston Salem! I'm a wedding photographer and I have shot multiple weddings and events at the Barn at Reynolda, and they have always been amazing to work with. They are kind, make sure that everyone is taken care of and that everything is running smoothly. From a photography standpoint, the fact that the entire barn interior is white makes for the most stunning photos. Brides and grooms can take portraits both inside and out, and I love the bar in the silo during cocktail hour.
