Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events offers a serene countryside setting spanning two picturesque acres. Blending historic charm with modern elegance, our space is perfect for hosting weddings, special events, concerts and celebrations. We also provide regular church services, continuing our tradition of serving the community. Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events carries a deep history, with its origins tracing back to 1780. Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance. Weddings can be hosted in the chapel, outdoors, or in our elegant reception hall, offering versatile options for any occasion.

    Everything I dreamed of & more!

    I couldn't recommend Magnolia Hill Chapel enough! Not only does it look visually stunning both inside and out, but it has such unique touches throughout that are sure to make your wedding day feel so special and personal. Natalie and Mike were amazing to work with - they truly cared about making our wedding day exactly as we pictured it!

    AMAZING Chapel! Wonderful Host and Hostess!

    Our daughter got married at Magnolia Hill Chapel. It is such a beautiful church and Mike and Natalie are INCREDIBLE! It is wonderful as well because you can have your rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception there! There is so much attention to detail given and we appreciate everything they did!

    A great addition to Winston Salem!

    Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! I reached out to Natalie & Mike to connect as a fellow wedding vendor and I have loved working with them so far (I took their newest branding photos!). The space itself is bright, historic, and elegantly appointed, providing the perfect backdrop for your special day. Natalie and Mike have preserved the history of the chapel while also adding elegant finishes to their new space. I highly recommend Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-managed event space with a personal touch. This space is a great addition to the outskirts of Winston-Salem!

    The owners have done a phenomenal job renovating this church. It’s the perfect space for hosting a variety of events. I created a custom floral mural in one of the rooms, and Natalie and Michael were wonderful to work for. They are attentive, considerate, honest, have an eye for design, and truly care about the space they curated for future attendees.

    Beautiful event space

    Magnolia Hill Chapel is a stunning space. Natalie and Mike have been so helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process and are always happy to answer questions. My fiancé and I highly recommend them.

Yes, but you must hire a mobile bar to serve alcohol. You also need to apply for an alcohol permit.
Yes, we have onsite parking for 80-90 vehicles. Valet parking is available at a flat rate of $450 for up to 5 hours. You may also self park.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have a ramp at the side entrance.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, table cloths, mobile bars
Your reservation includes 10 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. This includes floral deliveries, Bride/Bridesmaids etc. arriving early for hair and make up and photography. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 180 days or more of your booked date, you will be billed for the full amount.
Our event space is located 35 miles away from PTI Airport.
Our venue is fully insured, but lessees must secure event liability insurance to ensure legal protection against any incidents that may occur during their use of Magnolia Hill Chapel & Events.
