“The KnightCo. Events team was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end. My venue required us to have a coordinator, but I was really skeptical about whether I needed one. Now that I've gone through the entire process, I can confidently say yes, you do need one, and yes, it should be KnightCo. Events! Chynna was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to my destination wedding. She was actively engaged in every meeting with our venue, even the early morning ones with a 3 hour time difference. Once the package officially kicked in 6 weeks out, KCE took over all of the communication with vendors, which allowed me to take a break from the planning. It was hard for me to give up control, but it was ultimately worth it, especially as we got closer to the wedding day. When one of our vendors was 2 hours late on the day of the wedding, Chynna stepped in and was able to clear everything up within minutes of me notifying her. Chynna felt like another one of my best friends on the wedding day—there to offer me lipstick, a makeup pad, stain remover... she had literally anything I could need and offered it before I even knew that I needed it! Everything stayed on schedule and she checked in with us often but discreetly to make sure we had everything we needed. And the next day as we were already buzzing with excitement, she surprised us with a behind the scenes gallery of photos and videos that allowed us to relive our perfect day. I can't say enough great things about this team. Absolutely no regrets about booking with KnightCo. Events!”

We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. “Where to even begin with Balazs Events...I could not imagine my wedding day without the magic that is Parris! From our first conversation, I knew Parris was the planner for us. My husband and I reached out to several premier planners in South Carolina, but Parris stood out immediately for her lightning fast replies, genuine curiosity and interest in our vision, and her warm, friendly demeanor. Parris is a pro. Her contact list of vendors has been curated to the very best and we enjoyed listening to everyone from the florist to the caterer to the live painter all gush about how she's their favorite planner to work with. It's easy to see why. She comes to every meeting prepared with questions, a list of what she's finished since our last conversation, charts, diagrams, everything. As a Type A woman in business myself, it brought me so much joy to see her lay out a printed floor plan of the venue, detailed down to the outlets in the walls, at every meeting and watch it grow in detail as time went on. She kept us on schedule, on budget, and most importantly, STRESS FREE! Leading up to the wedding, Parris was diligent with ensuring we hit every crucial milestone and secured our vendors early. She worked in plenty of vendor discounts along the way, and made sure to incorporate every element from the big ticket items we knew we wanted from day 1 (looking at you, light up dance floor) to the last minute details we just couldn't get off our minds. My favorite thing about planning my wedding with Parris is that she let me take the reins on whatever was important to me and made everything else just...happen. So effortlessly it was like magic. I felt her constant commitment to making sure the day had my signature on it, even down to a few last minute changes I requested that she somehow brought to life. My wedding day was genuinely the happiest day of my life. Parris planned every last detail. The sheer level of detail in her complete day-of schedule is seriously reason enough to book her. If there were any issues with vendors, guests, etc., I have still not heard about them over a month later. I was completely stress free and was able to be fully present in the bliss that comes from marriage to your best friend. If you are planning a large wedding, call Parris. If you are planning a small, intimate wedding, call Parris. If you aren't sure where to start, call Parris. If you already know what you want, call Parris. She is the premier planner in Columbia, SC for a reason. She is a true professional and my only regret is that I will not get the chance to plan another wedding with her!”
