She Made Our Dream Wedding Feel Effortless
The closer our wedding got, the more I found myself stressing over all the little details. I remember thinking, I just hope everything comes together. The moment Priscilla with Taylored by Pearls took over, I felt an instant sense of relief. She handled everything so calmly and seamlessly that I was actually able to be present and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. If there were any hiccups, I never knew because they were taken care of before they ever reached me. That kind of peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day. If you're a bride looking for someone who truly cares, keeps everything organized, and lets you simply enjoy marrying your best friend, I can't recommend Taylored by Pearls enough

The best planner EVER
If I could give Priscilla more than 5 stars, I would. From the very beginning, she was everything I could have hoped for in a wedding planner and so much more. I’m extremely detail-oriented and can be very particular about how I want things done, but Priscilla always made me feel heard, valued, and involved in the planning process without overwhelming me with the stress that naturally comes with planning a wedding. She took every detail that was important to me and made sure it was executed beautifully. What impressed me most was how she handled challenges behind the scenes. We had quite a bit of unexpected drama on our wedding day, and while I didn’t want to be burdened with stress, I also didn’t want things hidden from me. Priscilla managed every situation exactly the way I would have handled it myself, gracefully, professionally, and without creating additional problems or stress. She protected my peace while still being completely honest and transparent whenever I asked questions. Because of her, I was able to be fully present and enjoy one of the most important days of my life. By the end of this journey, Priscilla wasn’t just our wedding planner—she became my friend. That kind of relationship is rare, and it speaks volumes about the care, dedication, and genuine love she has for what she does and for her couples. I cannot recommend Priscilla enough. She is organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and truly exceptional at what she does. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I know we’ll be staying in touch long after the wedding day. If you’re considering working with her, do it, you will not regret it.

Disappointed and Frustrated
Unfortunately, our experience with this wedding planning business was disappointing from a communication and professionalism standpoint. We contracted with the understanding that Priscilla would be our day-of coordinator, but received an email four weeks before the wedding stating someone else (a subcontracted external wedding coordinator) would be taking over without any prior discussion or explanation. As planning continued, it became clear the new coordinator had not been fully briefed on our contract or expectations, which led to unnecessary confusion and added stress on our end. The transition and communication throughout the process were not handled properly and we were not given the decency of an explanation. We later learned that another wedding was being coordinated by the company on the same date we had originally booked, which made the situation feel even more disappointing. After this experience, I attempted to open a conversation regarding the experience and received no response or follow up.

Priscilla was truly a blessing on our wedding day. From the moment the day began, she made everything feel calm, seamless, and stress free. She took care of every detail with such love and intention, including so many little things I never would have thought of, and because of her I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She went so far above and beyond what I ever expected, and I genuinely cannot imagine our day without her. Priscilla played such a huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect, and I will forever be grateful for her heart, dedication, and care. Every bride deserves a Priscilla!!!
