I’m Crystal, the owner & principal wedding planner of CCE Weddings. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals & feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day! Based out of Charlotte, NC, I’ve been planning weddings for over ten years now. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my planner in hand & weddings on the brain. After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Communications and Sociology, I started planning weddings & events for Providence Country Club and The Club at Longview. In 2020, I decided to start my own planning company and become a Flight Attendant for Delta.

What sets me apart from your average wedding planner is my mission to be more than just a planner—think of me as a friend who knows a lot about weddings! I don’t clock in and out like a regular 9-to-5er; I’m here, ready to share my wedding wisdom 24/7! My goal? To make sure you feel totally at ease reaching out with any questions or worries, keeping the convo flowing like the champagne at your reception!

Hiring Crystal as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She is absolutely amazing and truly made our wedding dreams a reality. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and focused on making sure I was happy and stress-free. On the actual wedding day, she was a magician—if I asked for something, it was done before I could even think about it twice. Our wedding was perfect, and it is all thanks to her. If you want a planner who can do it all and treats you like royalty, hire Crystal and her amazing team!

Crystal, Thank you for all that you did to make our daughter's wedding a perfect day. Nancy Ridgeway recommended you and told me that I would not be disappointed. And, she was 110% right! From the day we had our first meeting, I knew you would handle all of the details exactly as they needed to be handled. I told all of my friends that the wedding would start precisely at 4:00 pm. And, at 3:58, I was walking with my brother to be seated. You handled so many things, including vendor meetings, the setup at the venue, the timing of the day, and the clean up at the end of the night. You and your team are kind, sincere, and dedicated. Amazing Service!
This review is long overdue! I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Crystal and her team at CCE Weddings. From start to finish, Crystal was incredibly attentive, not only to me, but to my entire wedding party. She stayed on top of every detail and made sure everything ran smoothly, which gave me so much peace of mind on such an important day. What really stood out was how present and involved she was throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single detail about my wedding that she didn’t know or handle with care. My guests even went out of their way to compliment her professionalism and organization. Crystal truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was amazing!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Crystal Clear Events, LLC. Finding Crystal and her team was such a blessing, and from the very beginning they felt more like family than vendors. Their level of organization and professionalism made the entire planning process and wedding day feel effortless and seamless. They were always one step ahead, making sure I and our family were taken care of, even ensuring I had food and water throughout the busy day. Any small hiccups were handled quietly and efficiently, allowing me to simply enjoy being the bride without worry. Crystal and her team are truly some of the best people I have ever worked with, and I am beyond grateful for everything they did to make our day so special.

CCE Wedding Planner Review
Working with Crystal, CCE Weddings, was truly a blessing. Thankfully, after a months into our wedding planning process, the Instagram algorithm place Crystal on our for you page. After our consultation, we walked away confident that Crystal was the right person to help guide us to the wedding that we envisioned. The 6 months that we worked together proved it to be true. The word "thorough" explains our first meeting together. She assessed where we were in the planning process; and began our working document that would continued to be used as a reference and source of communication. Most notably, she inquired about our values and vision for the celebration of our union. In the subsequent months, our relationship with Crystal continued to emerged. During this period she honored each of our non-negotiables. However, in many other cases, we developed a trust that allowed us to yield to her expertise. This consisted of listing options, exploring pros and cons of each scenario, and allowing us to voice our considerations. Transparently, throughout the process, there were many outside challenges, particularly with family. Crystal exuded great patience and understanding as she helped us think intentionally about how to adjust through obstacles. While the months leading up to the wedding were significant, the day of was a clear representation of the value that Crystal brought to our wedding day experience. For the bulk of the day, my wife and I were able to be present with our wedding party and family. As expected, Crystal managed all communication with vendors, venue, and other parties, which alleviated the weight from our shoulders. I vividly remember being able to share a moment with my groomsmen, with a complete peace of mind, knowing that things were being squared away. Importantly, Crystal was an advocate for the vision that we outlined in our very first meeting. When circumstances like the weather posed potential obstacles to our arrangements, she followed our designated chain of communication, but ultimately made sure the moment aligned with what she knew we desired, down to the very last minute. That was the most admirable aspect of our experience with Crystal. We're forever grateful for her professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and most of all, intentionally with helping to curate such an intimate atmosphere for us and our guests. Of course! We love to travel and have plenty of experience planning weddings outside our zip code. We have coordinated weddings all over the Carolinas. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over ten years of experience, we always make sure there is a backup plan for every unexpected situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise.

Depending on your timeline, we will work with you to maintain communication via in-person meetings and phone consultations to ensure we are always on the same page. If you’d rather chat by phone or prefer video to sit-down meetings, we are happy to accommodate your needs!

Let us know when you’re getting married, and we will let you know immediately whether or not we are available. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, we can help! It helps to have 2-3 dates in mind before deciding on your venue & other vendors.

This depends on the logistics & and budget of your wedding, but you will always have at least one on-site coordinator on the day of your wedding.

We work with couples of various budgets and are always happy to gauge whether or not we are within your price range prior to an initial consultation. Our wedding planning services start at $1800 and go up from there if additional services are added. Holiday weekends have an additional surcharge of $200. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.

With over 80 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process!

We assist with contract review, however, we do not assist with vendor payments.

Each vendor we work with has their own policy regarding discounts, but we can ensure that you will be receiving the very best pricing available. We are proud to work with highly seasoned wedding professionals.
