I’m Crystal, the owner & principal wedding planner of CCE Weddings. I love being able to share in the love of two individuals & feel blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day! Based out of Charlotte, NC, I’ve been planning weddings for over ten years now. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t have my planner in hand & weddings on the brain. After graduating from UNCC with a degree in Communications and Sociology, I started planning weddings & events for Providence Country Club and The Club at Longview. In 2020, I decided to start my own planning company and become a Flight Attendant for Delta.

What sets me apart from your average wedding planner is my mission to be more than just a planner—think of me as a friend who knows a lot about weddings! I don’t clock in and out like a regular 9-to-5er; I’m here, ready to share my wedding wisdom 24/7! My goal? To make sure you feel totally at ease reaching out with any questions or worries, keeping the convo flowing like the champagne at your reception!

    absolutely unbelievable!

    Crystal with Crystal Clear Events was absolutely unbelievable. From the moment I met her, I knew she was exactly the person I wanted handling one of the most important days of my life. I had attended countless weddings that felt hectic and disorganized, and I always felt that much of that came down to the wedding coordinator. Because of that, Crystal was the very first vendor I hired. As someone with OCD who naturally feels most comfortable being in control, trusting someone else with such a major event was not easy. Crystal quickly earned that trust. Throughout the planning process, she was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide reassurance. Her experience was evident in every interaction, especially through the thoughtful questions she asked about details I would have never considered. Our wedding journey was far from typical. We had to postpone and completely reschedule our wedding celebration after my husband (who was my fiancé at the time) was diagnosed with cancer. Crystal didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately stepped in to help coordinate the changes and made a difficult situation so much easier. During an incredibly stressful time, her support and professionalism meant more than she will ever know. What truly sets Crystal apart is her attention to detail and remarkable memory. Even after nearly two years between our original planning process and the actual celebration, she remembered conversations and preferences we had discussed long before. On the wedding day, Crystal and her team were nothing short of extraordinary. They ensured every detail unfolded seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Several situations arose throughout the day that required quick problem-solving, but I often didn't even know there was an issue because Crystal had already handled it before it reached me. Her ability to stay calm under pressure and execute flawlessly is truly unmatched. One of the greatest gifts Crystal gave us was peace of mind. I never once felt stressed or concerned that something was going wrong. Instead, I was able to focus entirely on celebrating with my husband, family, and friends. I have never seen a wedding coordinator who looked like they were genuinely having fun while working, but Crystal absolutely did. It was clear how much she loves what she does. After the wedding, I received countless compliments from guests who said she was the best wedding coordinator they had ever seen. One of my bridesmaids said it felt like being backstage on a movie set because everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do. That level of organization only happens because of exceptional leadership behind the scenes. Her dedication didn't even end when the wedding was over. When a venue-owned linen went missing, she tracked it down through a vendor within minutes. From planning and vendor communication to flawless execution on the wedding day, Crystal and her team exceeded every expectation. If you are considering hiring Crystal Clear Events, stop looking and book them. Crystal and her team are worth their weight in gold, and our wedding would not have been the incredible experience it was without them.

    Crystal Clear Events Review

    There truly are not enough words to express how thankful I am for Crystal and everything she did for us throughout our entire wedding season. She is genuinely one of a kind, and I am so grateful that she was part of such a special chapter in our lives. From answering every phone call, responding to my countless text messages, communicating with our vendors, attending to every little detail, and so much more, Crystal was always there. She has such a special heart, and you can truly see that reflected in the way she runs her business and cares for her couples. During our wedding weekend, Crystal made it clear that her main focus was Dameko and me. No question was ever too small or too big. If she didn’t have the answer herself, she made sure to find the person who did. That alone gave us so much peace and allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding weekend without feeling like we had to manage everything ourselves. On the wedding day, Crystal, Dani, and the entire team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They were so attentive and intentional with every single detail. They made sure our vision came to life beautifully while also taking care of the little things that are so easy to overlook, like making sure we were eating, staying hydrated, staying on schedule, and simply being okay throughout the day. Crystal and her team handled anything that came up behind the scenes so seamlessly. I always hear stories about everything that can go wrong on a wedding day, but when I look back on ours, everything truly felt perfect. I know a huge reason for that was Crystal and her team. We were able to be completely present and enjoy one of the biggest days of our lives because we knew everything was being taken care of. I will also always hold close to my heart the moment Dani was there with me right before I walked down the aisle, helping calm my nerves and making sure I was okay. Those are the kinds of moments that show this team does so much more than simply plan weddings they genuinely care about the people they are serving. Even our friends and family were so impressed that several of them said when it is their turn to get married, they want Crystal to be their wedding planner too. That speaks volumes. Our entire experience was truly a 100/10. I could go on and on about how incredible Crystal and her team were. Thank you for every phone call, every text, every detail, every problem you handled without us even knowing, every moment you reassured us, and everything you did to make our wedding weekend unforgettable. Crystal, you truly have a gift, and I pray God continues to bless you, your team, and your business abundantly.     The Planner Every Bride Needs

    Where do I even begin with Crystal and Dani? They were truly one of the biggest reasons our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be. From the very beginning, Crystal handled the entire planning process with so much grace, patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would constantly hear other brides talk about how stressful wedding planning was, and I honestly could never relate because Crystal made the process feel so manageable. She handled so much behind the scenes and gave me the freedom to actually enjoy being a bride. Our wedding day came with plenty of opportunities for things to become stressful. It was extremely hot, and there were even a few moments where other vendors dropped the ball. The amazing part is that my husband and I knew none of it was happening. Crystal and Dani handled everything so flawlessly that we were able to stay completely present, celebrate with our family and friends, and enjoy the day we had been looking forward to for so long. And the final result? Better than I could have ever imagined. Crystal understood my vision completely and brought it to life in a way that somehow exceeded what I had pictured in my head. Walking into our wedding and seeing every detail come together was such an incredible feeling. Dani was also the perfect addition to the day. She was kind, attentive, calm, and always seemed to be right there whenever something was needed. Having both of them there gave us such peace of mind. I cannot say this enough: choosing the right wedding planner will absolutely make or break your experience. You want someone who can handle the unexpected, protect your peace, understand your vision, and make you feel like everything is taken care of. Crystal did exactly that.     Greatest Decision Ever!

    Crystal was absolutely phenomenal, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our first conversation through the wedding day itself, she was organized, professional, responsive, and truly invested in making our day everything we hoped it would be. Crystal handled every detail with such care and attention, making the entire planning process feel so much less stressful. She kept everything on track, answered our questions, coordinated with vendors, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. On wedding day, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that my husband and I could be fully present and enjoy every moment. What stood out most was how much Crystal genuinely cared. She went above and beyond in ways both big and small, and her calm, reassuring presence made such a difference throughout the day.     CCE Events helped us have the perfect day

    Crystal and her team were great the day of the wedding, but we are just as grateful for the comfort she brought us during our wedding planning process. She was always available through text or a phone call when we needed. She always listened to our ideas even if they seemed confusing and then came back together with us to fine tune it. Throughout the whole process, she has a calmness to her that left me feeling better every time we got off of a meeting with her. It is a true gift! The wedding day, she was everywhere and yet never stressed. It was so impressive how she put the reception together. It was as if she pulled the picture out of our heads! I am still impressed how she got it all done so quickly. She was always there when we needed her, and again she brought a calmness to me throughout the whole day. We are so grateful for Crystal and her team!

Of course! We love to travel and have plenty of experience planning weddings outside our zip code. We have coordinated weddings all over the Carolinas. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.
With over ten years of experience, we always make sure there is a backup plan for every unexpected situation. By staying organized and maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process, we do our best to eliminate issues before they arise.
Depending on your timeline, we will work with you to maintain communication via in-person meetings and phone consultations to ensure we are always on the same page. If you’d rather chat by phone or prefer video to sit-down meetings, we are happy to accommodate your needs!
Let us know when you’re getting married, and we will let you know immediately whether or not we are available. A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, we can help! It helps to have 2-3 dates in mind before deciding on your venue & other vendors.
This depends on the logistics & and budget of your wedding, but you will always have at least one on-site coordinator on the day of your wedding.
We work with couples of various budgets and are always happy to gauge whether or not we are within your price range prior to an initial consultation. Our wedding planning services start at $1800 and go up from there if additional services are added. Holiday weekends have an additional surcharge of $200. Travel fees are applied if 30 miles outside of Charlotte, NC.
With over 80 weddings under our belts, we are highly experienced in our industry and are prepared for any situation that might come up during the planning process!
We assist with contract review, however, we do not assist with vendor payments.
Each vendor we work with has their own policy regarding discounts, but we can ensure that you will be receiving the very best pricing available. We are proud to work with highly seasoned wedding professionals.
