The Legacy Experience is our full service planning and design collection. We craft a design dossier with your color story, theming, and layouts, then design every element from florals and tablescapes to paper and lighting. We curate and manage your vendors, budget, and guest hospitality, with planning meetings and monthly progress reports. On your day, we lead setup, styling, coordination, and take down, so you can simply be present.

The Essential Experience is our partial planning and coordination collection, created for couples who feel confident in their design decisions but want trusted planning support. We offer curated vendor recommendations, a budget tracking tool, etiquette support, planning meetings, and monthly progress reports. We prepare detailed timelines, then lead setup, styling, coordination, and take down on your day.

Our Full Design + Styling Package elevates your wedding with refined aesthetics and cohesive elegance. From curating palettes and florals to styling tablescapes and décor, we meticulously craft every detail. Integrating interior design principles, we create a sophisticated atmosphere tailored to your vision. We also offer fashion styling for the entire wedding party, ensuring every aspect of your day is flawlessly executed with timeless style.

    Working alongside Gianna and the Crafted Charm team in June was truly one of the highlights of my season. From the moment I arrived on site, the level of care and attentiveness from everyone on the team made it immediately clear that this was a group of people who take their work seriously. As a creative vendor, having a planner who communicates clearly and helps you feel fully prepared going into the day makes an enormous difference in the quality of the work you produce, and Gianna delivered that in every way. What stood out most to me was something that happened well after the event had concluded. I can confidently say that Kristen and Emmy at Crafted Charm Wedding Planning are among the very best in the industry. Working with Kristen and her assistant Emmy was an absolute joy from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Due to weather challenges, we had to pivot from our original plans more than once, and Kristen handled every change with flexibility, grace, and a positive attitude. Our custom florals feature blooms grown on our farm and sourced from local growers, plus draping and decor rentals, with delivery, installation, and cleanup included.
