From our first interaction, Candace was very friendly, calm, quick to respond, and incredibly insightful and helpful throughout the planning process. Her wealth of experience and wisdom was evident in the way she helped us design the perfect decor and seamlessly managed the entire day. Candace was a joy to work with - she kept us on track while also being fun and personable. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her as well. Candace with Overjoyed Weddings and Events was absolutely amazing! From the moment we hired her, she jumped right in to organize our scattered thoughts and plans. Our venue had separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and Candace kept everything running perfectly—making each transition smooth and on time. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding day. She truly was a key part of what made our day perfect!

We didn’t think we needed a wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding in Charlotte—until the venue required one. Hiring Candace at Overjoyed Weddings and Events turned out to be the best thing that could’ve happened! She thought of every little detail we would’ve missed and kept everything organized and stress-free. The day ran so smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy the celebration.
