DJ Mitch Fortune (yes that's his real name) has been rocking parties as a DJ for over 30 years. For the last 13 years Mitch has focused and dedicated his talents to creating unique and unforgettable wedding celebrations for his clients. Mitch and the Remix Weddings team strive to create individualized events, not cookie cutter weddings. We utilize the best equipment in the industry for maximum sound quality, and we deploy tasteful, modern event lighting.

We are masters of reading the room. We pay close attention to the vibe of the crowd and curate music selections in real-time to keep the energy flowing and everyone engaged. We offer a wide range of services, from DJing and MCing to uplighting, photo booths, and special effects. We are masters of seamless mixing. We don't just play songs one after the other, we create a sonic journey that takes your guests on an emotional rollercoaster. We believe in the power of personalized details.     We had the best experience working with DJ Mitch Fortune and the Remix Wedding team for our wedding. The team thoughtfully helped us prepare and talk through all sound elements leading up to our event, even offering suggestions in areas we had not considered. His professionalism, friendliness, and most importantly, talent, are all world class - can’t forget some of the epic transitions/beat drops Mitch hit the crowd with. Our guests did not want to leave the dance floor all night and Mitch was able to read the vibes in the room to keep everybody grooving. We lost count of how many people told us he was the best DJ they’ve ever heard—and we couldn’t agree more. If you want a party that everyone will remember, you can trust Mitch and the Remix Weddings team to deliver. 11/10—absolutely recommend!

    DJ Mitch was absolutely incredible and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Before the ceremony, his setup was very professional and timely. The audio during our ceremony was flawless and we never had to think about it once. At the reception, we especially loved how DJ Mitch mixed tracks together to keep the energy high and the songs moving quickly. We got more compliments on him than on anything else that evening — can't recommend him enough. We opted for the additional lights that sync to the music, I’d I also recommend that decision to others.
