Pilot Mountain Vineyards is an all-inclusive wedding venue situated in Pinnacle, North Carolina. Tucked away on 31 acres of North Carolina wine country, this stunning location provides a picturesque backdrop for your wedding. The property provides a setting featuring inviting event spaces, invaluable amenities, luxurious dressing rooms, and more. The gorgeous outdoor ceremony location is nestled under towering trees for refreshing shade with a backdrop of the vineyard and an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. There is also a beautiful indoor ceremony option with an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. Receptions take place inside and outside. The luxurious climate-controlled space has been designed for parties and features a roomy dance floor.

The floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning backdrop for an indoor wedding. The covered patio allows for an indoor/outdoor ceremony even with a little rain. We set up the chiavari chairs facing Pilot Mountain for a beautiful view.

Our beautiful reception venue makes a special setting for your wedding reception. Our all inclusive package includes decor, dinner plates, silverware, cloth napkins, wine glasses, water goblets and floating LED candles for a romantic atmosphere.

The entire lower level of the estate house is yours to get ready for your special day. The ladies and gents both have luxurious space to relax and enjoy the day. The upper level has beautiful indoor photo locations in addition to the gorgeous outdoor photos you can take by the vineyard, fountain and gazebo.

The guys side has a game room with a poker table, 55" TV, mini bar and seating for 10. There is also a dressing room with full size couch & chairs to relax, second restroom and patio with table & chairs.

Great Place
The venue was amazing, stunning view of Pilot Mt. and lots of lovely nature, and flowers and vineyards around. The staff handled catering, decorations and DJ taking that stress off of us. They also were very organized and had a very thorough plan so that day of everything ran soothly. Venue is in good condition and a great for the price.

Pilot Mountain Vineyards is the Best of the Best!
Pilot Mountain Vineyards is the best of the best. I was a bride at their stunning venue, and my husband and I feel so unbelievably grateful to have found this place. Kari and Mark (owners) are exceptional: a duo who make the wedding planning and wedding day stress-free, fun, and easy. The food was so delicious, I've asked for their Marry Me Chicken recipe! We had guests coming up throughout the night to tell us not only how delicious the food was, not only how gorgeous the view was, not only how fun the music selection was (PMV is the DJ too!) but how it was the BEST WEDDING they'd ever attended. When we ran into a bump in the timeline (I REALLY wanted that First Look moment, but we had spent too much time on pre-ceremony shots), Kari stopped the traffic to the venue so that we could still have this essential, beautiful moment to ourselves. We got our First Look photos, thanks to Kari. She saved the day! And made it so smooth after that. We will never forget this night. We will never forget Kari and Mark and their incredible venue. We will never forget how they made us feel. Thank you

Best experience!
We were drawn to Pilot Mountain Vineyards because of the affordable price and how much was included. We live in CO so we wanted to make planning a wedding across the country as easy as possible. Kari and Mark made it just that! They were both so incredibly helpful and the venue was so beautiful! The food was delicious and we had the best time! All of our guests raved about it as well!
