    The team rescued us!

    We had booked this venue under another management company and I think that's a really important preface - the venue had not been managed for seven months when we arrived so of course it wasn't perfect and there were some issues. None of this was the fault of the new management, who went above and beyond to help us to have a wonderful event. The estate is VAST, there is so much room for a large luxury event here, and plenty of guest space too. It really is a beautiful place for a wedding or special event with a ton of amazing places for stunning photographs.

The Valora Oak can accommodate up to 35 overnight guests and up to 200 total guests for events with prior approval and the appropriate event fee.
Absolutely. We offer vendor flexibility, allowing you to bring in the caterer, planner, florist, and other vendors of your choice.
The Valora Oak offers multiple scenic locations for your ceremony and reception—choose the setting that speaks to your heart. Whether you envision saying "I do" under the charming gazebo, in front of the grand estate façade, on the main lawn, beside the pond, or inside our elegant interior hall, the estate provides versatile backdrops to match your vision. Receptions can be hosted indoors or with a tented setup outdoors, giving you the flexibility to create a celebration as intimate or grand as you desire.
Overnight lodging is not automatically included with the event rental, but it can be added on as part of your celebration.
The event fee covers access to the raw event spaces on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas for your ceremony and reception. It allows flexibility to bring in your own vendors and customize the space to fit your vision. Cleaning fees and taxes are additional and provided in your custom quote.
