We had booked this venue under another management company and I think that's a really important preface - the venue had not been managed for seven months when we arrived so of course it wasn't perfect and there were some issues. None of this was the fault of the new management, who went above and beyond to help us to have a wonderful event. The estate is VAST, there is so much room for a large luxury event here, and plenty of guest space too. It really is a beautiful place for a wedding or special event with a ton of amazing places for stunning photographs.

Champion Estate can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests and up to 250 total guests for events with prior approval and the appropriate event fee. Our event fee structure is based on headcount and includes access to all main event spaces and amenities.

Absolutely. We offer vendor flexibility, allowing you to bring in the caterer, planner, florist, and other vendors of your choice.

Champion Estate offers multiple scenic locations for your ceremony and reception—choose the setting that speaks to your heart. Whether you envision saying "I do" under the charming gazebo, in front of the grand estate façade, on the main lawn, beside the pond, or inside our elegant interior hall, the estate provides versatile backdrops to match your vision. Receptions can be hosted indoors or with a tented setup outdoors, giving you the flexibility to create a celebration as intimate or grand as you desire.

Overnight lodging is not automatically included with the event rental, but it can be added on as part of your celebration. In fact, if your total guest count is 40 or fewer and all guests are staying overnight, no separate event fee is required—making it an ideal option for intimate weddings. For larger events or day-only use, overnight accommodations are available as an optional add-on for up to 40 guests across our beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The event fee covers access to the raw event spaces on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas for your ceremony and reception. It allows flexibility to bring in your own vendors and customize the space to fit your vision. Cleaning fees and taxes are additional and provided in your custom quote.
