    We hired Sheer Main Events for full-service wedding planning and day-of coordination, paying in full upfront for a package described as including comprehensive planning support from concept to execution. Shortly after payment, concerns arose about the company’s capacity to fulfill the level of service promised, and the contract was canceled at our request. Although no services were rendered, Sheer Main Events has declined to issue a refund, citing non-refundable terms. This has created a significant burden during an already stressful time and has disrupted our ability to move forward with planning. As of June 19, nothing has been refunded, nor has a refund been offered for the future.

    Kacee, and her team, were absolutely wonderful. Hired for the day of our wedding, and it was a tall order, with limited time for set-up of a public venue for our private event. They handled it INCREDIBLY well, and all was perfect. Kacee did our walkthrough, asking great questions, and then handed it off to the team for the day-of. The team serving our guests were gracious, professional and lightning quick in the needed tasks and stepped up to help where their official duties ended. We could not have done this without them!!!
