The Carolina Estate is a historic estate wedding venue in Roxboro, North Carolina, where timeless elegance, Southern charm, and natural beauty come together to create unforgettable celebrations. Conveniently located near Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Danville, and South Boston, our private 23-acre property offers a stunning setting for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and special events. Originally part of the historic Roxboro Country Club, established in 1939, The Carolina Estate blends rich history with modern amenities. Couples enjoy exclusive access to picturesque waterfront views, rolling landscapes, beautifully maintained grounds, an elegant ballroom, and spacious bridal and groom suites. Our thoughtfully curated wedding packages include experienced venue staff, trusted vendor partnerships, beverage packages, and professional coordination to help make your planning experience seamless.

This magnificent property sits on manicured acres of rolling hills with a pond! There are multiple locations for you to have your ceremony: fabulous wedding lawn, an outdoor terrace, anywhere under the trees, you pick! Plus there is a brand new backup ceremony spot complete with romantic lighting in case you need to make that quick change due to some unpredictable weather (or just because it's an absolutely gorgeous space). There is a cocktail lounge for guests to pick up a drink after the ceremony and then go for a stroll on the grounds. The reception ballroom is bright and airy with an elegant modern style. Our aim was to build a beautiful backdrop for your wedding that mixes southern charm with a modern design, allowing you to customize it to your own style! And now that we are open, we look forward to seeing how we can help you achieve the wedding of your dreams!

We have a paved parking lot at the front door for the comfort of your guests. It has two very spacious getting ready suites for the entire wedding party to spend the day relaxing before the ceremony. There is also a fire pit surrounded by outdoor string lights.

The perfect Night Before.......
When searching for a venue to host my son's rehearsal dinner I stumbled across The Carolina Estate online. I reached out to the venue and was delighted to learn I was speaking directly with Mrs. Sheila, the venue owner. From the first phone call, I immediately felt such a connection to her and her sincere kindness. I was coming from 4 hours away to have the dinner here and had no idea where to begin with catering or anything else. She was kind enough to send me a vendors list and even put me in contact with a local catering service. She never minded me calling or emailing her with questions and was always available and very knowledgeable. She sent me pics of the Opal room, which is just one of the many rooms they have available and I immediately knew that it was exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived she had the tables arranged as we had discussed and I must say the place blew me away with all of its beauty. It is located on a picturesque landscape with with a beautiful view of a large pond. The room I rented was very adequate for a rehearsal dinner and could accommodate 60 people easily. The ceiling is decorated with beautiful twinkling led lights that are breathtaking at night. The facility is immaculate. Very easy access. It was just perfect and so was the package pricing (very good pricing for such an amazing venue). I am still getting compliments about the dinner and everyone was so impressed with everything about it. If you are looking for a beautiful venue either for your wedding, reception, rehearsal dinner or any other occasion please give The Carolina Estate a chance, you won't be disappointed! Thank you for making our Night Before be something we will remember forever!

The venue has multiple indoor and outdoor options that are sure to meet the needs of any type of client/event. The owners are professional and gracious to vendors and clients alike.
