Hi, I am Kateryna Shved. I am a natural light lifestyle and wedding photographer based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I was born in Ukraine, moved to the US when I was 19. I love love love dogs, love traveling, love hiking, love learning new languages and meeting new people. I'm really adventurous and if you want a shoot in mountains I'll find good spots and cheap deals anywhere. So don't be shy and reach out to me with your ideas. 11 years, I started shooting at 14 years old. Started my own business in Ukraine at 18, at 19 I moved to USA and here I am capturing beautiful wedding stories along the East Coast.
I'll be by your side through out the whole day as I'm your bestie. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I decided to photograph non-traditional and laid-back wedding.
I'm based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come ,because I love to discover new places and meeting new people from anywhere .
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
An average of 50-75 fully edited images per hour of shooting time. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
No, as I believe that editing is 50% of my talent, my style , my magic to create unforgettable memories for you and your family . I promise to never leave any photos out that you will want or need.
I don’t alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, acne etc unless you’d like me to keep it the photos). If you’re self conscious about something, please let me know as I’ll be sure to be extra aware of that while I’m posing you.
