    Engagement Dinner

    From our first conversation with the team at Fidelity Hotel, we knew we had found the right venue. They were so knowledgeable and excited to help us plan our wedding, even though the space was still under construction when we booked. Despite the unique challenge of planning an event before the hotel's opening, they helped us visualize our special day with such clarity and creativity. When we brought up our dinner with multiple dietary restrictions, they didn't just accommodate us—they came up with solutions we hadn't even considered. The natural light in the space is stunning, and their attention to quality and value made us feel confident every step of the way. We can't wait to celebrate with them and know we're in great hands.

    Absolutely Fabulous!

    Working with Fidelity Hotel has been an absolute pleasure from the start. The team communicated with genuine enthusiasm and always had thoughtful solutions when we needed to brainstorm, plus they responded to every question quickly and of course the venue itself is breathtaking (still cant get over the windows in the ballroom). Thanks again for all of your help, cant wait to share photos on the grand staircase!

Our building is located 13 miles away from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. You can reach our venue via car, taxi or Uber/Lyft.

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $49 for up to 24 hours with unlimited in & out privileges. Event parking is $25 per car, per day.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 45 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
No, our venue is fully insured, however any outside vendors must provide proof of insurance.
