Very disappointed during our vacation to come here and it turns out every floor's exhibits are closed for setup but yet the place is still open. Sure there are a few other floors open such as the creativity center on the 6th floor but nowhere online is it posted that multiple exhibits are closed. So you're coming out of your way to visit here and you are disappointed by the lack of ability to view all of these things.

Free entry because the two levels of exhibits were being installed. Not really worth a visit on these days unless you have small children who'd enjoy the 6th floor play experience. Reasonable ticket prices for other days at about $12. I don't think there's any need to buy tickets in advance. Staff was all lovely!

Hadid's stacked boxes on Sixth Street dump you into a lobby that feels more like a ramp than a museum. I spent an hour on two floors of video and a room of plywood sculptures, then the desk person said the performance space upstairs was dark until Friday. Gift shop is a shelf, not a store.
