Crystal is an absolute MUST HAVE on your wedding day. She has coordinated several of my family’s weddings over the years, so when it was finally my turn to get married, I knew without a doubt who I wanted right by my side. My sister Jessica was actually Crystal’s first large wedding client, and I still remember how well she handled that day. From that wedding on, she became part of our family’s biggest moments, so having her there for mine felt so special. And of course, Crystal did not disappoint! Our wedding day went so smoothly, and I was able to actually enjoy the day because I knew we were in good hands. She helped keep the rehearsal organized, made sure everyone knew where they needed to be, kept the wedding party on track, communicated with vendors, watched the timeline, helped with setup details, handled questions from family, and made sure the ceremony and reception flowed the way it was supposed to. Crystal is always 10 steps ahead of the day. She knows how to anticipate things before they happen, and when I say she handles everything, I mean everything. The things I knew about, the things I didn’t know about, the things that could have become stressful — she was already on it before I ever had to worry. One of the things I love most about Crystal is that she is calm when she needs to be, but she is also direct when she needs to be. She knows how to keep things peaceful, organized, and moving, but she also does not take any crap when something needs to be handled. And honestly, that is exactly the kind of person you want on your wedding day. We always joke that this isn’t her first rodeo, and it truly shows. She knows what questions to ask, what needs attention, how to keep people moving, and how to fix things quietly without making the bride feel overwhelmed. I had family and members of the wedding party mention how helpful she was throughout the day, and it meant so much knowing everyone felt taken care of. Crystal is calm, confident, organized, protective of her couples, and so easy to trust. She is not only a vendor to us — she is family — and I could not have been more proud to have her as my wedding coordinator.
