“My husband and I got married on November 3rd at Marinaj Banquets and Events in Moreno Valley. We hired Haley to be our day-of-coordinator, who also brought along Jordan. This was the single most important decision we made in our wedding planning process outside of securing our venue. I have worked in the events/catering business for 18 years, first in hospitality catering and convention services then to overseeing the catering operations for a fine dining restaurant with on-site and off-site full service catering services and now for a non-profit planning large gala events, so it’s a challenge to relinquish the responsibility to someone else and feel secure that they will execute your most important day as you envision it.
