I have now been doing weddings for over a decade in the beautiful San Diego region and beyond. I am so passionate about being there for my couples along the planning journey so they can relax and enjoy the planning process.

An Incredible Wedding Planner Who Truly Cares!

We knew that the two most important vendors for our wedding would be the photographer and the planner—and we feel so lucky to have found Stefanie Muse of Muse Luxury Weddings! Stef has been in the industry for years and has amazing relationships with top vendors, which made planning so much easier. Her recommendations were spot on and saved us so much time. Stef has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable, like you’re working with a close friend who genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. She takes pride in her work and only takes on one wedding per month, which means you get her full attention. We started with her partial planning package and later upgraded to full planning because she was that good! On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly—guests even commented on how smooth it all was. Any issues that came up were handled quietly and professionally behind the scenes. If you want a planner who’s organized, kind, and truly invested in your big day, hire Stef. She’s the best!

We literally don’t know how we would have gotten through the wedding without Stef - she was amazing!! She did an incredible job on everything. From the beginning, we felt comfortable with her - she was easy to talk to, responsive, and professional. She was able to calm us down when we were freaking out about things, and she had a plan and backup plan for everything. Everything went so smoothly leading up to and at the wedding thanks to her. She anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed, and she was able to help us formulate a vision when we didn’t really know the details of what we were looking for She dealt with the minor hiccups immediately and easily and was very well prepared for every scenario. We had numerous guests comment on how amazing she was and how they didn’t realize wedding planners could be that good. We could not recommend Stef enough - hiring her was the best decision we made.

Muse Luxury Weddings was an absolute dream to work with. Stefanie was truly top-tier - she always had the best recommendations and helped bring my vision to life with ease, even handling the logistics of our 300person wedding without a hitch. Stefanie is the kindest person, pouring her heart and soul into every aspect of our special day. For example, when a guest accidentally spilled red wine right before our first dance, she quickly jumped in, taking off her own trench coat to scoop up the shattered glass and ensure the dance went off without a problem. She also seamlessly added an extra table setting when a guest brought an unexpected date, and her attentiveness kept all of our conversations with guests flowing smoothly during table touches. The entire year leading up to our wedding was a joy thanks to Muse Luxury Weddings - she truly made the process as stress-free as possible. I wish regular phone calls continued even after the wedding because I love her that much!!
