Hey there! I'm Bobby Flores, the photographer behind VTN Photo. Your wedding day should feel fun. Weddings can be stressful, and trusting someone you don't know yet to shoot your wedding is an anxious prospect. My job starts long before the wedding day. I want to know you! Like what makes you laugh, what you're nervous about, what moments matter most. By the time I show up, I'm not a vendor. I'm a friend who happens to be really good at this. The best wedding photos come from couples who feel comfortable. When you're relaxed, the real moments happen on their own. I serve the Twin Cities and beyond, and I'd love to hear about your day.

I come from the arts via Minneapolis's music and creative community. That background means I think about light, composition, and mood differently than someone who shoots weddings exclusively. I treat every wedding like a creative project, preparing thoroughly so I can be fully present when it matters. I'm selective about who I work with because I want to do right by every couple and make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. When you book with me you have my full attention before, during, and after your day.

Wedding packages start at $600 for elopements, $1,000 for half-day coverage, and $1,500 for full-day coverage. Engagement sessions are available as a $200 add-on to any package. Every package includes a pre-shoot consultation, a private online gallery, and full print rights. Full pricing is listed above on this page.
Yes. I'm based in Minneapolis and shoot throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota — and I'm always open to travel beyond that. If your date is outside the metro, reach out and we'll figure out the details together. Distance has never stopped a good shoot.
Depending on coverage, wedding galleries include 150 to 500+ fully edited images, delivered in a private online gallery within 6 to 10 weeks.
It starts with a message and a phone call — a real conversation to make sure we fit. From there I send a straightforward contract you sign electronically, and a 50% deposit holds your date. That's it. The full process is laid out on my My Process page at vtnphoto.com
For weddings, most couples reach out 6 to 12 months ahead — summer and fall dates go first. That said, don't rule yourself out if your date is closer. Ask. If I'm open, I'm open.
Comfortable — that's the whole design. By the time your day arrives, I want it to feel less like a vendor showing up and more like a friend who happens to be really good at this. I plan obsessively beforehand so that on the day, I can be fully present and the real moments can happen on their own.
