Baird Ballroom Lobby

The doors in the glass wall lead straight into the outdoor terrace.

The lobby area directly outside the Baird Ballroom is referred to as the Pre-Function Space or Ballroom Foyer. It is designed to act as an expansive, light-filled buffer zone for guests before they enter the main ballroom. The standout feature of this lobby is the massive curved glass window wall. This architectural detail floods the entire pre-function area with natural light during daytime events and overlooks the hotel's beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard.
