Our lower level is where you’ll typically host your social hour. This space features luxurious lounge furniture, a built-in bar for your guests to grab a drink after the ceremony, good natural light, and six single-stall bathrooms. Your guests will enter your event here and be greeted with our grand staircase that will lead them up to your ceremony!

    Loved the FIVE Event Center!

    We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue than the FIVE Event Center. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day run smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The exposed brick, warm lighting, and unique charm meant we didn't have to go overboard with decorations. We loved having both levels to use, our guests enjoyed cocktail hour downstairs while the room upstairs was transformed for the reception, making everything feel seamless. On the wedding day, the staff took care of so much behind the scenes that we were actually able to relax and enjoy every moment. They were professional, kind, and always one step ahead. Everything flowed exactly as planned. I 100% recommend FIVE Event Center. It was the most amazing place to celebrate one of the best days of our lives, and we'd choose it all over again.

    Wedding

    We recently got married here, and we could not have been happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed every moment we spent there. The venue was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff helped make our special day everything we hoped it would be. A special thank you to Christina, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was so sweet, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made planning our wedding much less stressful and helped everything run smoothly. We are so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our wedding day so special. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful place to celebrate their big day!

    Amazing Experience

    From start to finish, our experience with Five Event Center was outstanding. The staff was positive, caring, organized, and always communicated in a timely manner. Their professionalism made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable. The facility itself is beautiful and perfectly designed for both a wedding ceremony and reception in one convenient location. Everything flowed seamlessly throughout the day. The bridal suite was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating the bride, four bridesmaids, and two moms while still providing plenty of room to get ready and relax before the ceremony. We are so grateful to the entire team at Five Event Center for helping make our special day everything we hoped it would be. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful space and an exceptional staff!

    FIVE Event Center

    We had the most beautiful day with FIVE Event Center and their amazing staff.  All throughout the process they were available to answer our questions. And they made everything run so smoothly the day of. They were very knowledgeable about how we should structure the day to make every switchover as seamless as possible. We also had a rainy day but we were still able to get so many beautiful pictures because of the amazing space.

We do need to know your event date, estimated guest count, and approximate start and end times to approve your contract. You can determine other details at a later date. Our Venue Manager will be available to you by phone or email to answer any questions throughout your planning process.
Most of our ceremony setups can seat up to 200 guests. Our lower level bar area can accommodate up to 175 guests. Our patio, tucked on the side of our building, holds up to 25 guests. We can accommodate up to 200 people for a seated dinner or up to 375 (between both levels) for a cocktail & hors d’oeuvres style reception.
We work with a preferred group of caterers that can accommodate a wide range of taste preferences and budgets. We do not have any food minimums and no additional fees will apply when using a caterer from our preferred list. If you decide on a caterer who does not currently have a preferred status with us, we will apply a charge to the caterer.
Yes, there is a small patio separate from the event space located on the south side of the building. It can accommodate up to 20-25 guests and includes patio furniture (tables, chairs, canopy, lights, flowers etc.). We will provide a sign to direct guests to this area.
Yes, there are several hotels nearby. Please refer to our website and recommended vendor list to get started. The Midtown Sheraton provides a FREE Shuttle for FIVE Event Center. Please contact the hotel directly for specific details and rates.
Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have an elevator to flow guests between the two levels.
April through October is our peak season!
November-March is our off-peak season.
Our bars are all operated through our preferred caterers. Our couples will need to work with them to discuss corkage fees.
Yes, we do have a parking lot that has 40 spaces available and several surrounding streets that are non-metered for free self-parking.
