The Adventures Of is here for the offbeat, the geeks, and the dreamers. We’re not for everyone - because you’re not everyone. Rev. Kiera Faye (she/her) is a founder of The Adventures Of and our resident officiant. Kiera draws on her background as a theater kid, universalist theology nerd, and D&D Dungeon Master when crafting ceremonies rooted in emotional honesty, spiritual openness, and a love for story and laughter.

"I am an unapologetically enthusiastic nerd and an incurable romantic. Before getting ordained, I had already listened to hundreds of wedding ceremonies, in detail, on repeat, as a wedding videographer. My favorite ceremonies always center the unique personalities and values of the couple. So that's exactly what I strive to do! I'm here because every unique love story makes my heart light up, and affirms my faith that humans, at our core, are made to love. I can't wait to get acquainted with your unique spark and the beauty it adds to this tapestry of humanity."

Description

Bespoke, tailored, and one-of-a-kind! I will work with you to build a ceremony that includes everything you love (and nothing you don't). After getting to know you, I'll put together a recommended order of ceremony that can be customized to fit you perfectly.

Vow Renewal or Family Commitment

Description

All of the bespoke beauty, with less paperwork! This rate is available for celebrations that do not include signing a legal certificate. You can expect the same attention to detail and commitment to a celebration as unique as your love story.

    Could Not Ask for Better!

    I cannot overstate how amazing Kiera is! She went above and beyond throughout the entire process to get to know us and what we wanted our ceremony to look like. We had a lot of ideas and questions, and she was extremely helpful and patient in helping our vision come to life. Kiera was also very responsive when we had random questions pop up! The ceremony she created was absolutely perfect for us and truly encapsulated our relationship, we could tell she put in a lot of time into customizing it. It had just the right amount of humor and heart! We especially loved the reference to the Red-breasted Merganser during the ceremony, a bird we had spotted right after we got engaged. Multiple guests mentioned to me throughout the night how amazing the ceremony was. The day of, Kiera was so helpful and calm. She helped us get final details in place and even helped us with decorations. We are so grateful for everything Kiera did to make our wedding day so amazing. If you are looking for someone who will care about making your wedding ceremony planning easy and personalized, you have found her!

    Genuinely heartfelt

    We had the chance to experience Kiera as an officiant for our wedding day firsthand, and it honestly felt like the ceremony was completely us. She has this rare ability to balance heartfelt and meaningful with light, natural moments that keep everything relaxed and genuine. It felt personal, intentional, and really well thought out. Beyond that, she’s just an incredibly fun person. Calm, organized, and thoughtful in all the right ways, which makes a huge difference on a day that can otherwise feel overwhelming. If you’re looking for someone who can create a ceremony that actually reflects who you are (and not just go through the motions), she’s a perfect choice.
