Timeless Tributes LLC creates personalized wedding ceremonies that reflect your relationship, values, and vision for your wedding day. I work with couples throughout Central and Northern Minnesota with a warm, inclusive, and thoughtful approach. Ceremonies can incorporate your love story, personalized vows, readings, unity traditions, family participation, and religious, spiritual, or non-religious elements. From intimate vows to larger celebrations, I guide couples through the ceremony process and handle the officiant portion of Minnesota marriage paperwork. Most ceremony services also include a personalized keepsake ceremony book presented immediately after your ceremony.

Your ceremony should sound like you—not like a script used for every couple. I take time to learn about your relationship, personalities, values, and vision so we can create a ceremony that feels genuine, personal, and meaningful. I provide guidance throughout the planning process, help with vows and ceremony traditions, and handle the officiant portion of your Minnesota marriage paperwork. Most ceremony services include a personalized keepsake ceremony book presented immediately after your ceremony, giving you a lasting copy of the words and moments that made your ceremony uniquely yours.

Depending on the ceremony package you choose, your ceremony can incorporate your love story, personal vows, readings, unity traditions, family participation, religious or non-religious elements, and other meaningful touches. The goal is to create a ceremony that feels natural, meaningful, and authentically yours.
Yes. A wedding rehearsal the evening before your ceremony is included with The Signature Ceremony and The Timeless Ceremony. The Intimate Vow is designed for a simple ceremony experience and does not include a rehearsal or ceremony-planning meetings.
Yes. Timeless Tributes welcomes couples of all faiths, backgrounds, beliefs, and traditions. Your ceremony can be religious, non-religious, spiritual, interfaith, or a combination that reflects what is meaningful to you as a couple. We’ll work together to create a ceremony that respects your beliefs and feels authentic to your relationship.
Yes. Couples are responsible for obtaining their Minnesota marriage license before the ceremony. Timeless Tributes will review the license with you, complete and sign the officiant portion after the ceremony, and ensure the marriage documents are returned as required. I’ll also help answer questions about the process so you know what to expect.
Timeless Tributes is based in Staples, Minnesota, and serves couples throughout Central and Northern Minnesota. Travel is included for the first 60 miles each way from Staples. For wedding locations beyond that distance, additional mileage charges may apply. Contact me with your venue location and I’ll be happy to discuss the details.
Yes. Most Timeless Tributes ceremony services include a keepsake ceremony book containing your wedding ceremony. It is presented to you immediately following the ceremony, giving you a lasting keepsake of the words, vows, and special moments that made your ceremony uniquely yours.
Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for popular summer and fall wedding dates in Minnesota. However, Timeless Tributes may also accommodate weddings on shorter notice when availability allows. Contact me to check your wedding date and schedule an introduction call.
Yes. The Signature Ceremony and Timeless Ceremony include guidance and encouragement for writing your own vows. I can help you organize your thoughts and provide direction so your vows feel personal and genuine while still sounding like you. You’ll always have the final say over the words you share with each other.
Ceremony length depends on the experience you choose and the elements you would like included. An Intimate Vow ceremony is intentionally brief and meaningful, while personalized ceremonies may be longer depending on vows, readings, traditions, family participation, and other special elements. We’ll discuss the ceremony flow during planning so it feels comfortable and appropriate for your wedding.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll confirm your wedding details and the ceremony experience that best fits your needs. Depending on your package, we’ll then begin the planning process through consultations, ceremony development, vows, traditions, and other personal elements. I’ll guide you along the way so you know what to expect leading up to your wedding day.
