Able to accommodate up to 300 guests, the Hyland Hills Chalet is the perfect place to invite all your loved ones to spend an evening celebrating your special day. A newly renovated chalet featuring a soaring pine ceiling, 40 foot windows, and a dramatic, panoramic view of the ski slopes.

Inside the chalet, the Alpine Room sets the scene with a soaring pine ceiling, 40-foot windows, and an abundance of natural light — equally magical for an intimate ceremony or a full reception. Step outside to the outdoor patio for cocktail hour and yard games, and enjoy that perfect indoor-outdoor flow all evening. Weekend rentals also include the Ridgeview Room, ideal as a bridal suite or storage space.

Bar service is handled exclusively by the venue (beer & wine), and you'll choose your caterer from a curated list of top local partner. Our air conditioned building is perfect for hot summer days, but our patio is the place to be on summer evenings.

    Hyland Hills is perfect!

    Easily in my top five favorite wedding venues, Hyland Hills is full of hidden treasures, easily accommodates your wedding needs and is a great place to say 'I do'. Plus the venue coordinators are so kind and fun to work with, they provide a list of vendors for you to choose from (which sometimes is the hardest part of getting married), and they make the planning process easier. As a wedding planner, Hyland Hills is a must reccommend!

    One of our favorite venues to cater!

    We absolutely enjoy working weddings and events at the Hyland Hills location! One of our favorite things is the kitchen space, which allows us to accommodate any dinner style. The layout facilitates the overall day of execution of every event. The ballroom is spacious and oversees a beautiful hill, this space does not need too many decorations! The large windows and natural view are wonderful! We love working at all Three River Park District locations and Suzanne at Hyland Hills is amazing, we love working with her and her team.

    Absolutely the BEST

    Hyland Hills was so easy to work with. At the time before and during our wedding we were living in Texas and didnt have a ton of time to devout to wedding planning, but we still wanted it to be classy and elegant. Hyland provided us with a vendors list that made planning a breeze by giving us contact information for other approved vendors. I didn’t really know exactly what i wanted as far as layout went and i was provided with options, suggestions, and observations. Everything was made so easy for us and i couldn’t have asked for more care from a venue. Thank you guys so much!!

No - Hyalnd Hills is your only vendor for alcohol service. Outside alcohol is not permitted at Hyland Hills Chalet. No liquor is allowed, we only serve beer and wine.
Yes, we have approximately 160 parking spaces, including handicapped spaces. Guests may leave their car overnight, if needed. Cars must be removed by 10am the following day.
Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Three Rivers has partnered with a variety of local caterers that are committed to excellent customer service and exceptional value. Events must use a vendor on our Approved Catering List. There are approximately40 approved caterers. Full-service catering is required at Hyland Hills Chalet. This means that catering staff brings the food to the venue, stays on-site to manage and serve it, clears tables, manages trash, and stays until food and beverage service ends. Drop-off catering is not allowed at our featured venues. Desserts can be catered by anyone.
Your reservation time starts at 10am and ends at 11pm. There is no early entry available. All personal items, guests and vendors must be off premise by 11pm.
Required Fees: $1,500 facility rental deposit $350 security fee If you choose to have a bar/serve alcohol, there is a $100/hour bartending fee (with a 4 hour minimum). Top of the Hill ceremony site fee is $2000. (We have 2 other ceremony sites that are included in your room rental)
There is no fee for a ceremony indoors or on the great lawn. Rental party is responsible for renting outside ceremony chairs from an outside vendor. There is an option to get married at the top of the hill. This includes a chairlift ride to the top! The fee for this ceremony option is $2000. Rental party is responsible for renting outside ceremony chairs from an outside vendor.
No. You are not required to have a coordinator on site. Hyland Hills does offer a Day of Coordinator service, for an additional fee.
