Mia stepped in with an incredible amount of dedication, insight, and patience. Her approach of using the Aisle Planner website to create our timeline, arrange our floor plan, organize our guest list and vendor contacts, and keep notes, all with the ability to make live edits, was seamless and drastically lowered the stress level for my mother and me. She was attentive to detail, asked all the right questions to make sure we had what we needed for each part of our wedding, and made helpful suggestions along the way. She ran our rehearsal well, navigating endless questions from our family with patience and grace. On top of all that, she executed everything on our wedding day beautifully. She set everything up hung up just how I had envisioned, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the evening ran. My husband and I didn’t have to think twice about anything and were able to fully enjoy every moment of our wedding with our family and friends because we knew the evening was in Mia’s capable hands. I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!

Where to even begin! Jill Hudgins was our wedding planner/saint for the 8 months leading up to our wedding. When I say I can’t imagine how any of our big day would have been possible without her - I absolutely mean it. We knew from our first introductory call with Jill that she was going to be such a great partner and friend through the process. She was thoughtful, organized, and brought the best energy to every detail! When it came time to find and vet vendors, she actually ended up saving us quite a bit of money by either finding identical less expensive vendors or by reviewing contracts and removing unnecessary charges. The real magic happened during the week of our wedding and we needed some emergency rentals - Jill came through with some contacts and got it immediately sorted for us. I got so many compliments on how relaxed I seemed on my wedding day and it was because I knew Jill had my back and everything was going to be perfect. I cannot recommend Jill Hudgins enough. Nothing went wrong the day of my wedding, it was perfect!! Holly handled a big wedding with many elements and was there morning until very late. She managed all of the little details I wanted seamlessly. All of her prep documents were incredibly helpful, and made me think of several things we hadn't even thought of.
