Our services include tailored packages for floral design and event rentals, providing seamless solutions to ensure a stress-free and memorable celebration. We also offer flexible pricing options to accommodate a variety of budgets.

We are small (but mighty) team of professionals with a passion for special event coordination. We truly care about each one of our clients and their special events. We have curated many personal touches into our services and we have the skills and knowledge to help you coordinate for any occasion.

    Working with West Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start, their communication was quick and thoughtful, they always got back to us with detailed answers to our questions. On the big day, they kept us calm while making sure every detail was handled, from paperwork to logistics. Allison and her team were so friendly and professional, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They checked in on us constantly and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. If you're planning a wedding, hire them!

    HIRE THEM

    Hiring West Events was the best decision we made for our wedding. They were absolutely amazing. It rained on our wedding day and they helped us execute a perfect backup plan, including specifically arranging our guests for our first dance in the way we intended to have them outside. Any little thing that went wrong, and they were there to smooth it out and make it perfect. I am extremely greatful for their support and HIGHLY reccomend hiring them, especially if you are getting married at the 1909!


Our lead planner, Allison, brings over 400 weddings of experience to the table. She began her career in the industry as a venue manager and quickly transitioned to entrepreneurship, establishing her own business. With extensive experience coordinating weddings throughout Southern California, Allison and her team ensure each event is executed with precision and care.
For example: Initial and final walkthrough of the venue to assure the event will meet the hosts’ vision and expectations Styling and set up of the decorations and dessert table Managing on site vendors (we are the point of contact for their questions, etc.)  Keeping the timeline on track Ceremony production (coordinating seamless event transitions)  Streamlining communication with guests Tear down of the decorations Checking in with the couple to ensure they are happy, fed and as calm as can be!
