I consider myself a fairly organized person, and I always thought I was the type who could handle the entire planning of my wedding day...up until I realized I desperately needed someone to help on the day of. Gather made it so easy to customize my needs for the wedding day! Stephanie was matched as our month of coordinator (but really was 3 months!) with her experience in the wedding and catering industries, we knew she would be an amazing fit! Stephanie came to the table ready to go with great advice, direction, and support prior to the wedding. We had several meetings to talk through the vision and it really came to life! From helping place DIY projects like table numbers, menus, frames, etc, to cake and pizza deliveries, to vendor communication and flow day of (with 7 different vendors), Stephanie was professional and positive all day and night! We had a panic mode mid wedding when we ran out of vodka at the bar and Stephanie let us know right away and actually made the trip herself to get us stocked up again - talk about life saver!!!! Thank you Stephanie and Gather for making our wedding day so memorable and ORGANIZED!

Sierra was the angel we didn’t know we needed!!! I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. She was our go to girl for literally everything and helped everything run so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about keeping everyone on a schedule, making sure vendors were there, etc. From planning the wedding day schedule, keeping the wedding party in order, making sure we got time to eat, and more, she took care of the details so we didn’t have to. Because of Sierra, my husband and I just got to enjoy our special day. Her sweet and fun personality calmed my anxiety, and she knows how to give directions in a confident and kind way. Ally was an absolute pleasure to work with! I’m a DJ in the DFW area and had the pleasure to working with Ally at a wedding in McKinney recently. She contacted vendors earlier in the process to introduce herself and sent over a finalized timeline prior to the even, but where I got to see her shine was at the event itself. You could easily tell that her main focus was to make sure the Bride and Groom were happy and pleased with everything. Her attention to detail throughout the night was just immaculate, making sure that everything flowed as scheduled and that no one bothered the bride with unneeded questions that she could easily handle. It’s very rare to find a coordinator like Ally who’s got the couples best interest in mind when making the decisions throughout the night. At the wedding itself she was very professional and organized, coordinated with all the vendors any time changes or event changes, went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed to perform my job properly, and even brought me a bottled water when she realized I was exhausted from setting up. Ally has the best personality and organization skills as a wedding and event coordinator and you’d be very fortunate to have her in your team. I personally can’t wait to work with her again.

I am a wedding photographer and Ashlee was the coordinator for one of my couples this last year, and let me tell you she was truly just such a gem. We had many complications arise during the event and she handled everything was such a cool, calm head, and continue to be so professional and kind to my couple and all the vendors involved. She made sure that problems got solved, and helped each and every vendor do their job to the best of their ability even during some really poor weather, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once and bring together the whole event even though a lot of changes to the plan occurred.
