We work closely with our couples to plan and coordinate weddings that honor tradition while reflecting who they are and what matters most to them. Based in Weatherford, Texas, and serving Parker County and Fort Worth, we take a hands-on, organized approach with clear communication and attention to detail. Our goal is to take the stress off couples and their families so they can be fully present, enjoy the planning process, and truly soak in their wedding day.

Our Wedding Day Coordination service is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to step in and manage the final details. Beginning 12 weeks before your wedding, we create your timeline, finalize reception layouts, conduct the final venue walkthrough, confirm vendors, and organize logistics. On wedding day, we oversee setup, coordinate the flow, and handle any issues so you can fully enjoy your celebration.

    Pure Magic From Start to Finish

    Jaclyn and her team are truly incredible. They executed our wedding with so much care, professionalism, and talent, and I could not be more grateful for everything they did to bring my dream wedding to life. Every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. I would choose Four Something Weddings 100 times over without hesitation.     Jaclyn is the absolute BEST!

    I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn! We had her as our “day of” coordinator and she went truly above and beyond. Before the wedding she helped us create a timeline for the day and make sure we had everything we could possibly need! She contacted our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page even before the big day arrived. Day of, from the moment we got there she calmed our nerves (and my stress) and made everything look absolutely beautiful. She handled the timeline, the vendors, the decor, the family, and everything in between so amazingly. We got so many complements about how smoothly everything went and how organized it was! I honestly have no idea what we would have done without Jaclyn. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would give her all of them!!

    Happy bride!
