For the couple who just got engaged and either don’t know where to begin or whose busy lifestyle doesn't leave time for planning a wedding. We are with you from start to finish. We'll help you design the perfect event that truly reflects your personality and vision. From securing vendors and finding the perfect location to coordination both the ceremony and reception, we will be there until the last guest leaves.

You've secured the big stuff like finding a venue and a few vendors, but you are overwhelmed when it comes to finalizing the smaller details such as what rentals to order and how to stay in budget without compromising your vision. We can step in and help you stay on task, and secure any remaining vendors, and ensure that all your plans are working seamlessly.

Our Day of Coordination package is designed to relieve you from any stress beginning the week of your wedding. The most important item of this package is the fact that it is our goal to ensure you, your fiancé, and your family and friends enjoy your special day while we handle everything else! We’re the first to arrive at the venue and the last to leave.

    Our daughter had the most beautiful wedding, and we could not have done it without Blake and the team at Occasions & Co. They were wonderful as our consultants, florist, day-of coordinator, and all-around support system! From the minute we started working with Blake, the “stress” of a big wedding ceased to be an issue for me and my daughter. His preferred vendors were fantastic, and we used his videographer Chevy (incredible), his DJ (Chris Brown), his transportation recommendation (AJL), and the fabulous hair and make-up team (Grand Slam Glam). The team at Occasions had helped plan every detail (the timeline was a lifesaver) and Blake had told me repeatedly that there was nothing for me to worry about that day – they had us. And he was right! I loved every minute of the day with my daughter and feel so lucky that this wonderful team helped us give Molly the wedding of her dreams! I can’t recommend Occasions & Co. highly enough and have told several of her bridesmaids from the wedding when they asked who the best in the business is – they make dreams come true!

    We hired Occasions Events & Design as our month-of wedding coordinator, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment Blake stepped in, he brought a sense of calm, organization, and care that allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day. He didn’t just execute the timeline perfectly, he went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was handling last-minute changes, communicating with vendors, or making sure we had everything we needed (often before we even realized we needed it), he was always ten steps ahead. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a difference, not just to us, but to our families and bridal party too. So many of our guests commented on how seamless everything felt, and that’s 100% thanks to them. We are endlessly grateful and would recommend Blake and his team without hesitation to any couple looking for someone they can trust completely with one of the most important days of their life.

    To say they took care of us for our wedding is an understatement! Blake and the Occasions DFW team went above and beyond to make our wedding such a spectacular day! They do the most - first ones there, last to leave, timeline planning, seating chart, responding quickly to all my questions, unlimited phone calls, coordinating all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding so I could have less stress, and making my vision come to life. I had absolutely nothing to be stressed about on the day of the wedding! Also, Blake made sure to take care of us during the entire day and night, making sure we had drinks at all times and moved around the schedule as necessary. I can assure you that Occasions is one of the greatest decisions we made for the wedding. Such a great team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a coordinator for their wedding!
