Soiree Weddings & Events OKC is your next favorite event planners! We are upbeat, no task is too big, and we LOVE weddings. We would love the opportunity to help you with your big day. We specialize in full service planning, from the start of your planning process to the day of, we are there every step of the way to keep you on track and organized. Throughout the planning process, our clients serve as our biggest inspiration. As we learn more about you, we like to incorporate elements of your culture, love story, family and friends. It’s those heartfelt moments and family traditions that are so meaningful and memorable. We are LGBTQ friendly and would love to help anyone enjoy their day stress free. We are on site from beginning of your day through your exit, ensuring every detail is carefully executed.

| Description | Full planning from start to finish. This includes help with all vendors and all vendor meetings. Decorations rentals, linen rentals included, invite design and addressing included. Please message us for more details on how to get started and where to book! Full planning for OKC Metro and surrounding areas only. | From start to finish, we help with the entire planning process but on a smaller scale. Please send us a message to get started! | Let me help manage your special day! We will start our communication 60-90days before your big day. We will go over all the details and finalize everything with vendors. This will include your timeline organization and communication with all vendors, assuring that vendors are set up where they need to be for your event, and your day runs on time. I will be point of contact for all vendors. | We will start about 4-6 months prior to your big day to start planning your decor design. If you need an earlier time to go over planning, I can arrange that as well. This includes available rentals through my rental room, and set up and break down of your event. |

Day of Coordination
Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day went smoothly, and I had such a wonderful stress free day! I absolutely could not have done it without her and her husband. We were blown away by the level of organization and attention to detail, and the effort they put into making sure everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better wedding day, and can’t recommend Kelsey enough. She thought of everything, and communicated with me and helped me make decisions when I wasn’t sure what to do. She knew exactly what to do when we had unexpected changes, and the day went on without a hitch. We were so incredibly grateful to have had her help on our big day!

Kelsey has continually impressed me with her professionalism under pressure. When our venue was late for our meeting, she never lost her cool. She has years of experience with vendors and venues and it really shows. I can’t wait to recommend her to our friends and family when they are in need of an event coordinator!
