From the early vision and vendor curation to managing the timeline and logistics, our role is to guide the process and make sure every detail comes together seamlessly.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

We offer what we call Month of Management, which is designed to give couples real support leading into the wedding. We begin working together about 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date, confirming vendor details, building your timeline, coordinating the rehearsal, and managing the entire wedding day so everything runs smoothly.

What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?

Venue coordinators focus on the venue, their staff, and catering. A planner focuses on the entire wedding experience. We manage your timeline, communicate with all vendors, oversee design details, coordinate the wedding party and family, and make sure every moving piece comes together so you can truly enjoy the day.

Yes! Event design is one of my favorite parts of the planning process. We help shape the overall look and feel of your wedding, from the aesthetic direction and color palette to florals, rentals, and the small details that make your celebration feel cohesive and elevated.

Absolutely. Laveesh Events specializes in intentional celebrations and intimate weddings, typically around 100 guests or fewer, where the guest experience and meaningful details truly shine.

Yes. As someone who is Zimbabwean, I have a deep appreciation for Southern African traditions and love working with multicultural couples and diaspora weddings. I also plan American weddings and enjoy helping couples blend cultures, traditions, and personal stories into one celebration.

Yes. I help guide you through choosing vendors that align with your vision, style, and budget. I also coordinate communication with them leading up to the wedding to make sure everyone is aligned and prepared.

Yes. For Month of Management and Full Planning couples, I coordinate the rehearsal to make sure everyone understands where to stand, when to walk, and how the ceremony will flow. This helps the wedding day feel calm and seamless.

Yes. Laveesh Events plans both local and destination celebrations. I help coordinate logistics, vendors, and the overall experience so everything feels organized even from afar.
