Description	Virtual meeting two weeks before your wedding to finalize details. Creation and management of a detailed wedding day timeline. Vendor outreach to confirm itineraries and arrival times. Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination on the wedding day, serving as the main vendor contact and keeping everything on schedule. Assistance with displaying and packing personal items. Unlimited email communication throughout planning. Additional hours at $100/hour.	Weekly meetings start 4-5 weeks before the wedding date, Creates rehearsal and wedding day timeline. Schedules meetings with vendors to discuss final details	Virtual meeting 2 weeks before to finalize wedding plans. Manages wedding day timeline. Connects with vendors to review itinerary and confirm arrival times. Onsite support on wedding day for up to 8 hours. Additional hours added for $100/hr. A girls best friend on her wedding day!
Valerie was our main point of contact and let me tell you SHE IS AMAZING! We used her for our month of coordination so that finalizing all of our vendors information and working with my schedule to do final meetings! I brought in bins each labeled and a binder which explained what each box had. She asked if I had anything else to set out our know how I wanted it shown and I told her to make magic and SHE DID! She handled everything else wedding day and allowed me to just relax! At our reception I would turn around and she had my marg in hand for me which lets be real was the BEST THING! She had our day streamlined and handled any and all bumps along the road in stride. Not once through the day did I feel an ounce of stress, worry or anything other than just joy as it should be on your wedding day!
