Description

Virtual meeting two weeks before your wedding to finalize details. Creation and management of a detailed wedding day timeline. Vendor outreach to confirm itineraries and arrival times. Up to 12 hours of onsite coordination on the wedding day, serving as the main vendor contact and keeping everything on schedule. Assistance with displaying and packing personal items. Unlimited email communication throughout planning. Additional hours at $100/hour.

Weekly meetings start 4-5 weeks before the wedding date, Creates rehearsal and wedding day timeline. Schedules meetings with vendors to discuss final details
