Hi, I’m Taryn and I love what I do! My favorite part is seeing couples eyes light up when everything they’ve envisioned comes to life. I feel so honored to be able to share such a memorable day with my clients and witness true love in its purest form, it takes my breath away every time. I also really enjoy hearing each and every love story and working with couples leading up to their wedding. I have a knack for details, logistics, and planning and don’t miss a beat! I’ve been planning fundraising events, weddings, corporate events, youth programming events, and more for over 10 years.

I have a love for the outdoors & strong curiosity of the natural world & I'm always striving to meld these two worlds together in my work. I love bringing “natural” touches to DIY masterpieces I create & I cherish a great outdoor wedding! WHY I am so passionate about what I do? I went through a horrible experience with my own wedding & eventually had to fire my planner a month before my wedding! Yikes, right?! I know firsthand what it feels like to have someone let you down right before your wedding & I vow to never leave my clients in this sticky mess! I go above and beyond-I want everyone’s special day to be the best!

    So happy!

    Oh my God!! We have no words for the work and effort Taryn put to make our wedding the most magical day. Working with Taryn quickly shows you that she is a people person, patient, caring, great with details, hard working and simply THE BEST. Our wedding would have not been what it was without Taryn.     Love Taryn!

    Taryn was amazing--we couldn't have had our wedding without her. We had a pretty "small" wedding, roughly 60 people in attendance, and a handful of vendors. Still, she treated our wedding line she was planning a Royal wedding! My wedding was the only one I had ever been to, and mine was the first wedding our family had organized since 1986, so we were definitely out of practice. She coordinated with us and all our vendors the month/day of and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I strongly recommend getting a coordinator if you can afford one, and if you do, get Taryn!

    Best investment we made!

    Tied and True Events was the perfect fit for our special day, they nailed it! Their communication was always timely and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The team was genuinely supportive, invested in making our vision a reality, and provided the level of planning and execution we needed to pull off an excellent wedding! From the amazing prep work leading up to the big day, to the seamless execution on our wedding day, they exceeded our expectations and made the whole experience stress-free!     Taryn was essential to making our wedding amazing!

    When I began looking for wedding coordination and planning services and reached out to Taryn, I immediately appreciated her quick responses and thorough communication. Taryn was our month-of-coordinator, and made sure that she was brought up to speed on every detail for our big day. It was so helpful to have her communicating with vendors and I felt very confident that our day was in great hands. Working with Taryn made sure that our final weeks leading up to the wedding were stress-free and allowed us to just enjoy the excitement leading up to and on wedding day. Taryn, and her assistant Lauren, were invaluable to us on wedding day!! They made sure that everyone was where they needed to be, that everything was set up perfectly, and that our day went so smoothly. If there were any bumps along the way, I had no idea as Taryn and Lauren handled it all. I highly recommend Tied & True Events to any bride or groom seeking planning or coordinating services!!
